Absolutely incredible! I ordered the hot and sour soup and egg roll for appetizers and the spicy chicken entrée. I may have made a mistake by asking them to make it a little extra spicy because it really rocked my world. Very authentic, great service and really friendly sraff.

What a great find just a short ride from the King of Prussia Mall, located In a strip mall, Nice atmosphere, clean, very authentic Asian restaurant. I stayed pretty traditional… Wonton soup, dumplings and Kung Pao chicken. The food was outstanding, service was quick and the staff was very nice. I think they would be far more authentic choices for somebody looking to experiment… definitely will go back, great food!

If you want a different take on Chinese food from the normal American version than this is your place. The flavors were good but I ordered a chicken dish and it should’ve been called a celery dish. Also every other dish I ordered had a ton of chili peppers in it. That’s all good if you ordered that but everything I ordered on the menu showed one pepper. I’m so glad I didn’t order the meal that showed three peppers. Beware if you can’t handle heat! The price for the take out meal would’ve bought us three meals at a generic Chinese restaurant but there were way more ingredients in their dishes which gave it good flavor. I’m glad I tried it but probably won’t go back because of the price.

I’ve had one time and was not to pleased. Service wasn’t at all what you’d think, they tend to rush you out.

We went to Pin Wei when we visited PHL from SF. Came to know about this place in search for Chinese food and it seemed a highly rated place. Honest opinion is Pin Wei is overly priced. We asked for suggestion and the waitress recommended a $ 20 dish and said it had a good balance of meat and veg. Well, it came up with mostly potato and tofu, and not much meat as claimed. It’s not that we wanted to have beef or other meat. It’s just that we want to see our money well spent. The other small dish was exactly like that as well. Taste wise, it is okay. Service wise, nobody attended to us after serving dishes, and we were the only the only group of guests at that time. It’s unlikely that we will go there again. For my friends, I will suggests Han dynasty over Pin Wei.

This place is incredible! Highly recommend the wontons or dumplings in chili oil and green bean noodles to start. Their chili oil is insane. We have also loved every entrée we’ve tried. If you love spice, they have some great options!

Very authentic Sichuan restaurant! Love their spicy pig feet! My mouth is watering even just thinking about it! Their price is a dollar more than other place, but the quantity is huge too. Just wish it is closer to me so I can go often. :)

Beautiful spot, the décor is great. The menu is not something most American’s will be accustomed to as it is traditional Chinese Food. That being said, the General’s Chicken is second to none.

I came here with a friend and I am convinced that makes all the difference in the world. This restaurant seems like a typical strip mall Szechuan(Sichuan) place, until you see that most of the customers are Chinese, and like any ethnic restaurant, if the ethnic folks are there, it’s a good sign. If you just want the American version of Chinese food, they can do it, but the weird stuff(by that I mean weird to Americans) was sooo good. We had things I have never had before like beef tendon two ways, hot and cold, smoked rabbit(a bit dry but good) and jellyfish(funky, surprising). Dan dan noodles were quite good, the noodles were skinny and you really had to mix it up to get the hot chili oil to permeate the whole dish but it was excellent. The beef tendon dry and cold was amazing, and hard to describe. The warm was also great but flavored differently, I preferred the cold. They had dry hot pot, we selected the pork. Very good. We had some vegetable dishes, like river spinach, which isn’t really spinach, just a green that grows underwater and tastes really good. Cooked perfectly, not mush, and not raw. It’s a BYOB so bring some beer that can stand up to the food. We had great service, and great food. It is nowhere near as spicy as Han Dynasty, which I think just wants to throw the heat in your face. But their spice level is adequate, and grows throughout the meal. Hey, if you want more spice, you can ask for it too.

Great little Chinese place. Tried the. Crispy duck and was ok but think I’ll be sticking to my regular dry chilli chicken as can’t beat that! Always a good Chinese when there’s a small section on the back labelled American Chinese lol(just don’t from there and you are good). Always full of Chinese people in their which is a good sign. Byob though! Recommended

Horrible serivce. Seated at 6:45pm, was ready to order by 6:50pm. Asked 2 different waiters to place our order, said they would be right back. Restaurant is not even 1⁄3rd full, i count 4 waiters standing/sitting around. Its now 7:05 and im leaving without even ordering.

since we moved out of the city & han dynasty is too far of a drive in terrible weather, we decided to give this place a try after reading some rave reviews here on Unilocal. our server talked to me as if i made a dish up when requesting the double cooked fish. once my boyfriend pointed it out on the menu, she dropped the«deer in headlights» routine and was a bit more pleasant. the food came hot and we didn’t have to wait very long. everything tasted pretty good & just as we were thinking we found a comparable replacement for han dynasty, the owner(an older well dressed chinese woman) came over to our table to tell us we had to pay now. she stood over us until i pulled out my wallet and handed her my credit card. i was still eating… we are going to spend our money at asian bistro & phở tai nam.

This is absolutely the worst restaurant we’ve ever been to! Please DONOT go there! The waiter was non nonexistent after taking the order. The food was not fresh and over cooked, it’s very overpriced. The waiter and manager were rude and made us feel very uncomfortable! This restaurant is terrible and I recommend that nobody goes there! We would never go there again!

Authentic Sichuan Chinese cuisine with a flare. We got the dry pepper chicken, the spicy kidney and the spicy cabbage. All the dishes were amazingly good. The only downside is that the food was a bit spicy. Decors decent and the ambience was good, hence a reasonable choice for any meal whether if it’s a quick bite or a date.

Authentic Chinese. You can tell by the menu and the number of Chinese people eating in there with different dishes than American Chinese food or what the Americans have. I was in a rush and they were accommodating and service was good.

I love this place. I have been 50+ times. Best noodles around, no matter which. Great scallion pancakes, dumplings in chili oil, ma po tofu, beef in hot oil. Never had anything l didn’t like. And they know how to do spicy. Large portions. Service can be spotty, but once they got to know me things improved. Food is worth any service issues 99% of the time. Clientele is majority Asian, and I always get great new ideas for things to try from other customers. I continue to go frequently because it is just so good.

Authentic Sichuan with a casual atmosphere. If I had more cash to spend I would try their specialty dishes, though they do have tasty less expensive options. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside has nice décor and paintings. The staff was nice and the food came out very quickly. I tried their lunch special with a friend. Each of ours was $ 8.45 with tax or something close to that. It came with a soup or spring roll. My friend got egg drop and I got hot and sour. For our entrees, my friend got General Taos Chicken from their Americanized Chinese food options and I got their Tofu with Vegetables. Mine was quite delicious, though I would have preferred the tofu not to be the deep fried kind. I should have asked if they had brown rice in the side bowl… Oh well, it was still good though everything left me super full.

It’s not the best Chinese food but where else are you going to go for Chinese food in King of Prussia? Clearly Pin Wei knows the answer is no where else(because there isn’t anywhere else) and his menu prices reflect that. The average is about $ 40/person and service is slow/poor. Don’t expect to have your water refilled or the check to be picked up without you reminding the staff. The dishes are hit or miss, however, they are plated beautifully. Here are the dishes that we ordered and whether or not you should skip them! Beef and Tripe with chili oil — Large thinly slices of beef and tripe that’s spicy. It’s a tasty and authentic dish, if you don’t like tripe then they can do one without it. Water spinach sauteed with garlic — It’s a standard dish, except here you will pay $ 17 for it. If the price doesn’t detour you then order it! pea leave sauteed with garlic — Skip this, texture is similar to grass and this dish is $ 19. Skip this Tea smoked duck — Skip this. One word: Bland. Chicken with dry peppers — Skip this, not much chicken and what chicken is present are nib-lets(is that a word?) Hot and Spicy Beef — A large bowl of spicy beef served over bean sprouts in hot oil. This dish is big enough to serve 4 people. It’s got the perfect amount of spice and numbness. Meat buns — Juicy meat packed into steamed buns. Try it! Mapo Spicy fish cubes– It doesn’t sound appetizing but it is. It’s Tofu cubes served with fish in a spicy sauce. The food here is average, however, the high prices really bother me and that’s why I won’t return.

Maybe its cause my family knows the owners that the food is super good here. I’m looking at the 3 ½ stars like these people are crazy. THIERSEAFOODMEDLEY is BOMB. I swear one of the best seafood spicy combos I have ever had. Like every time I come here I get it. That is how good it is. I let my mother order the food here cause she knows what is good and she is my mother. Mom knows best lol
