This particular store is pretty big and always has a beautiful selection — I almost always find what I’m looking for whether it be a dress, romper, crop top and skirt/pants combo etc. However, the sales associates at this location aren’t very helpful or pleasant. They always seem utterly uninterested in helping any of the customers and when they do actually offer assistance I always feel like I’m bothering them. Just today the girl at the register was very rude to me when I was trying to return a shirt. You work in a customer service oriented business, for goodness sake! I don’t think I’ll be shopping here very much anymore — I’ll go to the bebe in the Cherry Hill mall instead.

Now that I think about it, I don’t think I had a single interaction with any of the salespeople there… If there were any… I had the store to myself, maybe one other customer. The fitting rooms were spacious and they use curtains as opposed to doors, so you just help yourself in. I found a cute, red dress, but the small made my hips look big, but the medium looked baggy :(I really liked it, because cute dresses like that are hard to find, but I didn’t want to take it to tailor to make it perfect, especially when the dress was made of not so great material to begin with…

I’ve had good experiences here and I’ve had bad… unfortunately the bad experiences outweigh the good. For example, I came here about a week or so ago looking for a new dress. The girls working were more involved with their own conversation than helping a single customer. I was going to try on a dress and figured why bother? and left the store. I love Bebe’s clothing, so maybe I’ll start shopping online. This location needs to learn that you are down the hall from luxury names like Louis Vuitton and Hermes and they need to start acting like it!
