The service has generally been bad at this store. The sales people tend to gossip with each other and selectively pat attention to shoppers, and not on a first come first serve basis either. I feel insulted every time I’ve shopped here

So far I’m not happy with my service. The suit was delayed and the attitude I received several times on the phone was unacceptable. When I made the original purchase the service was very good but after I paid I haven’t received the type of service I would expect.

The store has been through some renovations which should help them in the future. Although not up the renown of the«Rolex» clothiers, this is still a great place to buy clothes at a reasonable price. Plus, the staff knows what they are talking about.

I’m sorry the other reviewers had bad experiences with attitude here. I have been coming here for at least 4 years and have been served by at least 4 different employees, including those who actually have their own business cards, so I doubt they make only $ 10 an hour. All have been professional. Yesterday’s experience was the best yet. Young lady, very sweet and nice. She was helpful and brought out lots of cool stuff and helped with sizing and everything. I got a winter item for 40% off, yay. New spring line is trickling in, I will have to come back!

Went here looking for a nice suit. The woman’s attitude was deplorable. I was going through a mental checklist of what I KNOW to look for in a suit. She yelled saying, ‘what the hell are you doing?’ After letting her know, I was moving around for fit and comfort, she said she knew if a suit would fit me since she does it for a living. Apparently, customer service is not part of the job description. tl;dr good clothes, rude employees.

I want to say this review has no reflection on the clothes, just the employee who treated us like we were beneath her! My sion to be husband and I went in looking for a suit for our wedding, we aren’t much of a tux couple. Boss is one of the only stores that sells the the slim cut three piece suits which is exactly what we wanted. He appears at first glance to have large shoulders but we have tried one on before and they fit him amazingly! We went in an were greeted by a curly haired blonde asking if we would like help, we explained the suit and and went to look at them she went to a rack and said«this is all we have on sale» and I mentioned the slim fit suits and pointed she waved her wand like hand around them and said they were not on sale and they wouldn’t fit him. Asked what was the occasion, my reply our wedding so then she says«oh well we don’t have what your looking for on sale so I can’t help you sorry I can call you when a sale on the three piece suit arrives». I was beyond insulted she wouldn’t even show us the«full price» suits as if she knows and seemed to suggest that we couldn’t afford it. I’m not going to lower myself with flaunting our income to feel better, but honestly I would never think this way until now. She was working at Boss, I was shopping. It’s not up for debate who needs to be a bit more humble. I’ll never go again, hopefully I can find another location.

Really want a Hugo suit. Have been in here twice now and yet to pull the trigger. Let me just say how SNOBBY these people are — its sickening. Lets just discuss the nature of this. I, as the CUSTOMER, am looking to buy a $ 1,000 dollar suit. YOU, as the EMPLOYEE, make $ 10 an hour and are giving ME, the guy with a grand to blow on a suit — ATTITUDE? HOWAREYOUBETTERTHANME — I MAKE10TIMESASMUCHASYOUDO!!! It should be me being the snobby one, not you. At the end of the day you work at the mall. You have no grounds for being snotty to anyone. Bottom line; Still want a suit, but looking at other options.
