I went into this store today to buy a new phone and it was quite possibly the most awkward experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. I honestly should have just bought my phone online and not had to deal with the staff. The only reason that I went into the store was because they are usually really good and will transfer the data and settings from your old phone onto the new one and they will open and put whatever protection you decide to buy onto your device. This time however, there was never even an offer to do any of that. Not that I can’t do that myself(I obviously had to), it was honestly just not the service that I had grown accustomed to for this location. Next time, I will definitely just be purchasing my device online.

This store is simply amazing. The staff was very helpful as soon as I walked in the door! Amazing deals in this store. They managed to lower my bill with more data and a free tablet! I couldn’t believe it. I also found out I had a discount through my employer! The young woman that helped me was amazing.

the worst company ever go and switch to t-mobile i have been a customer since 2000 and they suck and they over charge since i switch my bill way down and way cheaper i did the math i will be saving more than 600 to 700 dollars a year and for me to unlock my device(my iphone 4s they are giving me a hard time f*** them i got it done on my own) they are scareded to lose customers guess what they are losing them and i’m telling all my friend to switch over to t-mobile because they treat you better …

This store can sure have a wait on the weekends so I would advise going on the weekdays. I went to this store this past week to get the free upgrade on my phone with a new two year renewal. When I walked in I was greeted by OWEN. He asked me what I was looking for and why I was in. He then proceeded to tell me about the available phones, services and possible upgrades for our wireless family plan. He def knew what he was talking about and was great at giving the details. In the end I was in there for a lot longer than anticipated but I got what I came for and some great information about my plan. I appreciate the time Owen took to explain things and I am happy with the service.
