I just recently order from here at 1:21 Pm. Through drive through. I understand what being busy is, I have been in the service industry for years. You can take a split second to make sure the order is correct before it leaves that window. Plus the food needs to be wrapped completely not this half ass thrown in the bag deal. Wendy’s get your employees another training day on customer service.

Horrible. Today I asked for a frosty and within an hour of eating it I began to have stomach pains and threw up. No I’m not lactose intolerant and no I didn’t eat anything different today. Also my mom began to have the same stomach pain as I after eating her frosty. I’m sure that their ice cream machine was not properly cleaned.

Where to start?! Order took forever including the person taking my order. What happen to 5pc nuggets?! Now it’s a 4pc?! Lame. Bacon was burnt. Soda was flat. Seems like the fries oil was never changed. It was bad. Never again from this place!!!

I frequent this Wendy’s a lot, mainly due to the close proximity to my mom’s house whenever I visit. I’ve been fortunate enough to never have a major issue like what the other Unilocalers experienced. Yes, a few times my order came out wrong. No biggie. It happens. Nothing really serious to get your panties in a bunch. They correct it when you bring it to their attention. They’re not stingy with condiments, that’s for sure. For example, I like my chili with a lot of crackers. Asked the employee for more, and she literally gave me two huge handfuls of them. Okay, maybe that’s way too much. But, thanks? During my last visit, the two drive-thru employees were very friendly. They asked how my day was going and had smiles on their faces. Never experienced a long wait. I like it here!

Took forever to get to the speaker to place an order, about 10 minutes. There was more than five people in line. Also noticed in the background the buns and it seemed like there was a bun just sitting on the plastic? However I got the food and it was good. However they did not offer sauces for my nuggets. Customer service needs to improve.

Pretty good spot only such a low score cause they got me for food & a milk on a few big orders so make sure u check ur order
