Very good food. My little sister introduced me to this place and now every time I visit her in Killeen I have to go there! The chitterling (chitlin’) plate with rice and hot sauce coupled with a slice of lemon cake is the truth!!!

When the family and I travel back for to Texas for our annual family reunion, we socialize a bit with my grandmother on our first day in and then we usually drop into Choice’s and order something for lunch.
Nothing beats (family) homemade southern cooking, but this comes very close.
Hell, I take that back. Southern barbecue trumps anything that claims to be «BBQ from the south» in California.

Best BBQ in Killeen and the price is really cheap. Amazed at the quality of the brisket and sausage! It is soft and delicious!
