Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

Just checked in. The lobby looks good. When we walked in it wreaks of cigarette smoke in the hallway of the room. After getting down the hall a little ways the smell cleared.
Walked into the room to a major surprise as I did not expect this room. I was expecting two beds and a standard room. The bathroom is way outdated as is the bed linens. There is no central light overhead ao the window must be open or all of the lights on. The bathroom is the same way. There is a light over the sink but no overhead light.
Overall the room is okay. Update the linens and furniture and things will be great! The WiFi is open but a very weak signal. You could easily sleep two in the bed, two in the hide-​a-​bed, and 3 on the floor.
I am at breakfast. The lobby area is clean and looks great. The TV is on CNN, great. Tables are clean, floor is clean, and plenty of room.
The breakfast is the weakest I have ever seen. I did post pictures of the breakfast bar. Raisin Bran, Froot Loops, Texas Shaped waffle maker, coffee, sausage patties, biscuits, and egg flats. Orange juice and milk. No fruit, no yogurt, no muffins, and no pastries.
The waffles are good. The orange juice was great. The biscuits are on the harder side. The eggs have no flavor. The sausage patties are really greasy and bland.

Had some issues but the management finally fixed it.
