THIS REVIEW IS FOR WAXING
I moved to Kihei from LA a month ago and was super nervous about finding a place to get my nails and eyebrows+lip waxed. This place had shaky reviews due to reviews from 2010. I decided to give it a go anyways.
Joanne is from Oahu and informed me she always worked at the big spas over there. She did seriously the most amazing job on my eyebrows +lip and with such little pain. Her technique was the best I have ever felt/had.
I just wanted to write this review for people who were iffy about the previous reviews.
Didn’t have time for a pedi but will go back.
Also they do Ka’maina. GO HERE!

Joanne did a great job making me feel at home during my vacation. I got a manipedi and had my eyebrows waxed. She was patient and meticulous and made sure her work was perfect. Joanne does amazing Hawaiian flower and jewel designs! I look forward to returning.

Two of us had pedicures on Friday for a wedding on the beach but we managed to mess them up. We went back in on Sunday and they completely redid them to our satisfaction. Five star job! Very nice folks, aim to please. I would definitely go back. Besides being very accommodating with tourists, they have many loyal local customers. P. S., the business has just combined with another business, Lovely Nails, so you may see both names.

I’m updating my review after a series of lovely experiences in the past several months.
Joanne, the owner, is a fantastic person. She recently had to move to Kukui Mall, and I miss the old location, but her new spot at Lovely Nails is just as stellar. Always loving and accommodating and thorough, she’s an excellent business person and talented esthetician.

Went in for a pedicure and ended up getting a manicure too! Phil is the expert with the foot massage and Boo and Joan gave me the color and design that’ll definitely get people asking where I got them done! Check them out for a quiet, no rush and affordable mani pedi.

omg, i cannot believe how terrible the service was! my gfs and i had a mani/pedi appt and all 4 of us were horrified with our results! we all asked for simple things, no designs or anything. after an hour an a half mani, we decided to cancel the pedi.
the only positive is that joanne tried to fix what we didnt like. but it was just taking too long.
no lotion, massage, or thorough cleaning for all 4 of us.
OMG, SO HORRIBLE I CANNOT EVEN BELIEVE IT! DO NOT GO HERE!
