Terrible service. Called to see the turn-​around time to have something pressed and was told next day as long as it’s dropped off before closing, then when I tried to drop it off they had closed early. Caught the guy in the parking lot and he said they don’t do next day anyway. Another customer pulled up to pick up his order while we were talking, STILL before the posted closing time, and all the guy would say was, «Sorry, we didn’t close THAT early. Come back tomorrow.» This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with their customer service or cleaning service. Will be looking for a new cleaner.

Love these guys. Probably the nicest dry cleaners I have ever met. They remember me every time I come in and I feel very confident just dropping them off knowing that I will not be taken advantage of. They have tailoring/​alterations and do a great job with this as well. Clothes are always great. Definitely recommend them very highly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Took a woman’s coat in to be dry cleaned. it came back with white lint and the same smudges around the neckline that could be removed by them –but the whole coat was NEVER CLEANED. I showed the girl at the counter and she said they cleaned it (trying to lie to me). When I showed her that it wasn’t and she couldn’t argue with me-​i told her she needs to refund me or have it cleaned so they chose to re clean it for me. 2ND TIME: I opened the plastic right there in the shop. The coat came back worse… it was not cleaned and now there was long blonde hair on it! WHAT HORRIBLE SERVICE. LOCAL PEOPLE LIKE ME WILL NEVER FORGET. AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD.
ALII CLEANERS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

This is probably the best dry cleaning service in-​town. It’s located in a very nice shopping plaza. Owners were very nice, price was reasonable, my clothes came out great (removed one of my stubborn stain). They told me they have another location in Lahaina. Since I am moving there, I will definitely use Alii Cleaners there.

I would NOT recommend this place for wash and fold laundry… We had 20 lbs of laundry done there and it came back just as dirty as when we brought it there! Total waste of money!

Used their wash and fold service after a bottle exploded in my luggage. Clothes were completed on time, but boy was it pricey.
