There’s no reason to spend more to stay in Key West! Great little, emphasize little, get away. Several of these rooms are literally one room. Ours was 20’x20’ with a very small bathroom attached. Great small kitchenette with fridge and sink. Pick this space for the cost and close proximity to Duval Street. Easy walk to just about everything we wanted to see and the neighborhood was very secure. Cant wait to go back!

Liked it a lot. Condos are tiny — what they call a «one-bedroom» is actually a studio/efficiency, with nothing more than a bed & a chair taking up most of the single room. The kitchenette is a sliver of a counter with a coffeemaker & mini-fridge, but further inspection revealed an electric skillet & a toaster in the cabinet, as well as enough plates & flatware & utensils to prepare & serve something, had I wished to do so. The bathroom was so tiny it didn’t have a shower stall, you just closed the door & the whole room was the shower, like in an RV. This review is making it sound like I was unhappy, which I really wasn’t — I understand that space is at a premium on the Keys, like any island, & the place was absolutely adorable. The location couldn’t have been better… just a couple short blocks to Duval Street, Hemingway House, Green Parrot, and everything else we wanted. Would stay again when I come back!

We are staying in #4, the ‘cozy condo’. Cozy for sure! The size of a small bedroom, including the bathroom. Its perfect. Cold a/c, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, decent queen bed… All you need. And its close to the beach, harbor, and the action. We will def stay here again.
