We bought a Japanese Netsuke here two years ago for about $ 400. It cracked after a few weeks at our home in the Midwest. Other dealers we consulted pronounced it a fake. Repeated emails with picture of damage, calls and letter went unanswered. Need we say more? 12÷12÷15 visited store. Marc, owner, knew me at once and said he’d had my letter on his desk for two years and had thought periodically he ought to respond. Offered to take it back if we send it. Nice enough seeming people and beautiful merchandise but how can I be confident that the return will be answered any more quickly than our correspondence? 1÷5÷16 following our visit to the store, Mark, one of the owners, wrote me with a full refund — $ 420 — and a mailing label to return the object. We did so and the matter is now resolved.

Exquisite selection and quality. Very helpful owner/staff. Collection amassed from local/Key estates reflecting varied world destinations. One of the best, authentic and high end, unusual/seldom-seen furniture.

Beautiful things in this store: it’s a wonderful place for real antiques – large or small. Not necessarily a bargain hunter venue, it’s all about QUALITY here. I visit each time I am in Key West.

Super expensive, but has some really cool large pieces. If you own a 2 million dollar home on the island, this is probably your kind of place.
