Absolutely amazing food and service. We had the mussels, hogfish, and tuna… all great. My son had chicken fingers, even those were phenomenal.

Strong restaurant in the heart of Duvall street. Sat outside to some good ambiance and sights. Had grilled fresh catch, was excellent! Worth a visit for a great sit down dinner.

Loved this place. The restaurant seemed to be a restoration of a historic Key West home and it made for a very nest ambiance. Pretty small and intimate setting. They have a lil bar toi. I ordered the filet mignon( ) and paired it with a Kentucky Sunrise(we went var hopping after and I wish I could remember the ingredients, BC it it was some mixture of whiskey and some orange). This place isn’t cheap, but the food is extremely well worth it for a special occasion. We had excellent service from Maya — she was super nice and accommodating to our big group! Highly recommend!

Superior cuisine. Tuna entrée was the best we’ve had so far. Hogfish was divine! Excellent service by Dan! We loved our meal so much, we are coming back for brunch tomorrow! We ended our meal with a great piece of key lime pie!!!

We had a great meal sitting outside at the bar. We both started out with salads which were huge. You can split one between 2 people. My BF had the swordfish and I had the snapper. Both were very good. The snapper, however, deserves a special mention. It was perfectly prepared with a crunchy skin and Thai dipping sauce. If you don’t mind eating fish on the bone with skin on, this is a definite must try! Finished the meal with the breading pudding.

Expected a little more from our brunch but not too bad. I had the huevos ranchero over a crispy tortilla which were pretty standard and a mimosa to pair. The bf had a spinach omellete and although it was listed as a 3 egg omellet it was quite small. The side of potatoes not so great either. We tried the key lime pie which was also just ordinary. Overall a little disappointed that the waitress didn’t recommend I try the lobster grilled cheese instead since I was debating. The only great thing is the place is really nice. We sat upstairs overlooking Duval street and it was nice to have a bit of shade but still be outside. We took a peak in the back to find that their happy hour seating is really nice. If there is a chance to check out the happy hour menu I hear it is worth it.

Great happy hour prices, especially the half-priced drinks — I paid about $ 6 for an amazing Blueberry mixed drink. I was actually at Bagatelle for a wedding rehearsal dinner that was held upstairs. Although the bathrooms here leave a little bit to be desired, and the downstairs bar and seating area is VERY small/cramped, the upstairs is gorgeous, with two large indoor rooms, a huge porch in the back, and a wide front porch with comfortable couches and chairs to lounge on. The bartenders were very friendly and made some strong drinks, and the heavy hors d’oevre we were served were all delicious(the bruschetta and veggie wontons especially). I can’t wait to return to Key West and try Bagatelle out for a full meal!

Bagatelle is located in a former two story residential home. It’s charming inside and out, featuring two larger outside decks from where you can people watch on Duval Street while dining. We ended up here for Sunday brunch and were pleasantly surprised by the larger number of options. I ended up going for the Lobster Benedict while my husband chose the Chicken & Waffles. Both options can be found in the expansive«Benedicts» section of the menu. We thought both dishes were very tasty. The potato side was not that appetizing. It had the appearance of having been made a couple hours prior and was likely in a chafing dish or under heat lamps. The lobster benny was delish. There was plenty of lobster and liberal application of hollandaise, both pluses in my book. I didn’t try the chicken and waffles my husband ordered, but he cleaned his plate and extolled upon the virtues of the dish. Another plus for me, they have really good iced coffee. For a town that is hot as Hades most of the time(for instance, this particular day … it was 86 degrees but with the heat index and humidity factored in, it felt about 98 degrees according to the weatherman).a lot of restaurants don’t make iced coffee. I had asked about it a couple times and places were like, well we can put some ice in your coffee if you want. Uh, no. Thanks. Definitely stop in here. It’s a beautiful spot and the food is pretty great! Service was very friendly and courteous as well.

Great atmosphere and lovely service. I had the special which was crab stuffed lobster. It was good but I wasn’t blown away. My fiancé had the snapper and he really loved his. The place is lovely and I would come back for sure. P. S. My extra dirty martini was perfect

Had wanted to go to a different restaurant but the lady I was with insisted we try this place, glad I listened. Started with the mussel appetizer and it was so good we ended up getting a second order, that made for a complete meal. The peppercorn cognac cream sauce the mussels are served with, was incredible! Service and atmosphere excellent too!

Three stars, in a good way. Excellent food. Great, attentive service. Very nice venue, but the atmosphere was not comfortable as the result of the all-too-common raucous behavior of some drunken, rust-belt tourists. That tourist population explains all the four and five star reviews on Unilocal for the many one and two star restaurants in Key West. Caveat emptor my sun-splashed compadres!

Made reservations a month ago for our honey moon. Requested to be upstairs on the second floor. Place is very nice with the key west charm. The hostess well they should replace her. She was not friendly, we told we has reservations. We got ignored told her the name, told her we requested second floor again ignored. She put us right in front of the stairs where guest come in outside! I was highly pissed but since we just got married, my husband said let it go. The waiter was very nice, very sweet talkative and explained a certain fish to us. I got the surf and turf! It was by far the best cooked filet I have ever had! I highly recommend it. My husband got the pork and loved it as well! Besides the hostess everything was amazing! We will go back again!

Exceptional happy hour value nightly from 4−6p. Jess and Courtney are terrific assets with attentive service and great recommendations. Just a really airy and casual vibe while maintaining a high level of culinary execution. I spotted the fried whole snapper and had to order it as an entrée. Terrific, fresh, great portions with terrific service from Don. Fresh bread and waters were refilled promptly and conscientiously. It was so good we are here 3 of 7 nights!

Such a cute place and in a great location. We were seated right away for brunch/lunch around noon, up on the second floor porch with a good view of Duval st. Our server was kind of a mess. He didn’t know if they had tea or what kind so brought me a messy basket of tea bags that I sorted through(and reorganized, the mess was killing me) and picked my black tea — which he didn’t know what it was and it’s pretty much the most common tea people drink, especially in Europe(he was European). Food came out a bit slow and I also got water spilled onto my meal. The food was good — I may have re-plated my fried chicken benedict to mix up the flavors better. Maybe dinner is better. I would go back to try it but Key West has a lot of delicious places that I think you could check out before coming here. Although, it does have serious curb appeal!

The location is great. We sat on their patio which is really nice. You have a great look onto Duval Street but are still far enough away from the busy atmosphere there to enjoy your food. We had the fish sandwich with the local catch of the day, which was awesome! The fish tasted so good. Furthermore we had the lobster mac and cheese and I was a little disappointed. The lobster was good but the sauce was to heavy and didn’t taste so great. Prices are a little higher but it is right on the Duval street so you have to pay for the location. Service was friend and fast.

a little pricey, but hey — its lobster Lobster Mac and Cheese — super heavy, good enough to share amongst 2 people and still be full. there were a few good lobster chunks in there as well Lobster Benedict — YUMMY, i would definitely choose this over the lobster mac! this lighter and easier to eat than the mac would i come back? hmmm maybe i’d try more cuban food and conch first before choosing this restaurant

4−6pm HH every day — NAILEDIT! Bagatelle nailed it with a tantalizing menu selection of $ 5 tapas and half off drinks! Stoli is the house vodka and La Crema Pino Noir was also included in the discount. Mercy! There are three bars offering the tapas menu. Our party of four(3-men and myself), sat at a high-top at the downstairs bar outer area on a Tuesday around 5:30. This hungry group ordered the entire menu 1 ½ times to share around the table. The dishes did not disappoint in presentation or flavor. Everything tasted great. The only hiccup was the service. The main service gal disappeared for long periods of time to the point we couldn’t remember if our orders were ever taken. They weren’t. I hate that. The bus girl I don’t think spoke English as she kept trying to take our plates when we were trying to tell her that we weren’t finished and wanted to order more. All in all, we will definitely be back for another go.

This place did not disappoint. We were there a couple of years ago for New Years Eve dinner and I remember it was a good experience. So we decided to go back and have a romantic dinner on the balcony. We had reservations at 8pm, we made it on time and we were promptly seated. Our waitress was very courteous and pleasant. I decided to have one of the specials of the night, the Hog Fish, it was just perfect, so fresh and perfectly cooked. My boyfriend had the ribeye steak, he said it was ok, but he mentioned that was a little too greasy for his taste. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough room for dessert so I can’t comment on that. I see myself going back for a nice dinner if I’m in town again. PS: seat outside if the weather permits, awesome people watch! Always entertaining ;)

I came here for brunch on my last day in Key West. It drew me in because there were several benedict options and I’m always searching for the next best Eggs Benedict since it’s my favorite food. It was a lovely, beachy atmosphere with fans and outdoor seating perfect for people watching on Duval Street. Our server, Chad, was super friendly and attentive. The best server I had at any restaurant during my vacation in Key West. I was trying to pick between the traditional and southern style eggs benedict and he recommended the southern style. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I usually stick with the traditional but my god am I happy that I went for something a little different. It consisted of succulent pulled pork atop delicious buttery and sweet cornbread. Nestled on top was two perfectly poached eggs blanketed in a Cajun hollandaise sauce that complemented the whole dish perfectly. I absolutely loved it and how well all of the flavors went together. I must say it was heavenly and it is definitely the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had thus far.
