Pretty cool little spot, not much to do except take your picture at the«southernmost point» There was a small line to take your picture with the«90 miles to Cuba» sign but it was a less than 5 minute wait and there just so happened to be a snow-cone vender there which made the wait totally fine.

This place is closed like all the time But if you can manage to get there when they feel like opening it’s a fun place to go to get unique souvenirs and browse for eclectic gifts and mementos from your vacation. It is not uncommon in the Keys to not be open often. They are on island time. It drove us nuts when we were there. Everyone kept telling us to slow down.

LOVELOVELOVE this place! We bought a ship’s wheel and a propeller and they shipped both to us and it was GREAT! Linda and her partner were great! I CAN’T wait to go back!

This shop has a ton of eclectic collectibles that range from very affordable to «are you kidding me?!» expensive. One of my favorite things is all the old metal signs and if you can’t afford the actual sign they also offer many of them in a print form for much less. The staff working there is extremely friendly and laid back, as most people in the Keys are. I would definitely recommend stopping in here if you are looking for a unique souvenir or something to decorate a tropical themed area of your home. I’d guess the inventory often changes, but if it stays in the genre that was on display on my recent visit I’m guessing there’s probably a little something for everyone.

We get to 90 Miles to Cuba every time we visit Key West, typically every year. The front of this small store is loaded with collectible curios and vintage souvenirs with a local flavor, vintage costume jewelry and items like antique commercial signs and fishing lures. Also, owner takes in pre-embargo Cuba souvenirs(can’t guarantee that it’s *all* pre-embargo, though). Sometimes you can find interesting little bargains(not antique or rare) for under $ 5.00. For example, I bought a vintage Key West window decal for my Jeep. A box full was for sale at $ 2.00 each. The friendly yet reserved owner seems to know his stuff. He has a shop cat. The back of the store is worth a once-over, and the items towards the back tend to take up more square footage. Most of the best of the inventory, and the profit center, seems to be within 15 feet or so of the front door. My only difficulty is predicting when the store will be open. Store tends to be open for more and longer hours later in the week. Call first.
