Arby’s

Usually I am not a fan of Arby’s. The food quality to value ratio is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY off. This was no exception other than the company picked up the check. I got the BLT because the commercials look awesome. The BLT is way over priced like everything else on Arby’s menu. That is the main reason you don’t see more reviews from me.
The BLT was good but not great.
The cashier at this location was really nice and it was her customer service which scored the four stars.
When it costs 25.00 for three people to eat fast food, there might be a problem.

Yeah, I went to Arby’s in Key Largo.
After a drive to our hotel, we just wanted to drive thru and take it with us so we can vegetate when we get to the hotel. We weren’t offered any sauces with our food. The kid walked away from the window and we just sat there waiting until he returned so we can get some Horsey and Arby Sauce. Then we get to the hotel and find the order is wrong. Right number of items. Wrong items.
We were the only ones in the drive thru. I don’t get it. But I always return to– You shouldn’t have gotten fast food.

My family was just at this Arby’s and were shocked. We eat at Arby’s at home in Kentucky and have never seen conditions like this.
The store was filthy, hadn’t been swept in a week. There was a spilled coke on the counter and one on the floor that had been there so long that it had dried to a sticky consistency. There was a dead roach on one of the tables, need I say more. Arby’s needs to clean house on this one.

Best fast food Ever!!! The staff I encountered last night were the freaking best!!! We were coming from the Tiki Bar (isla morada). We were passing Tavernier and reaching key largo. I called Arbys to find out at what time they were closing (they closed at ten). It was 9:50 and we were 14 miles away. I called back they were so amazing they took her order and mine over the phone and waited after closing to give us our food. This is an example of going out of your way for your costumers. I really never expected this kind of courtesy. Let me tell you, stuffed jalapenos and berry sauce never tasted better. Very thankful to the Arby’s employees. Also they were closed and they opened to let my friend use the bathroom :) extra brownie points for taking care of my girl.

Nothing fancy, and you would think that since this company falls under the «Jack In The Box» ownership family that you would see a cleaner/​more updated restaurant.
It’s a great spot for folks in the lower keys to grab a quick bite before either going back home, or driving further up into the mainland.

Dear Arby’s,
When we were starving, you saved the day. Upon entering into the islands, we knew we needed to do several things… Eat and Shop. Soooo, of course we decided to eat first. You are located right next to the Tradewinds Plaza, which has the Publix, Kmart, and the liquor store. So we stopped and grabbed a bite.
I ordered a roast turkey sandwich, with cheddar bacon and ranch, which came with fries. I just need to say, I LOVE Arby’s Fries! The BF ordered their Roastburger thingie, but he was not too happy with it. He just kept saying he should have stuck to his regular roast beef sandwich. LOL We also ordered these stuffed potato bites, which came with a ranch sour cream. These were a nice side order, super yummy and loaded with the good stuff. :)
Arby’s, you hit the spot when we needed you! Thank you. You are A-​OK in our book!

let me start off by saying i haven’t had arby’s in probably 5 years at least. probably more like 10. nonetheless still as good as i remember. saturday afternoon /​evening there wasn’t a soul in the restaurant. staff was friendly and very fast.
the french dip was awesome. with curly fries. i’m sure that cut my life short by a year or so, but nonetheless a great feasting event.
