Be patient you are on island time. Worth the wait. Seating inside and out. Charming, eclectic and offers wine as well. Gluten free menu options.

Nice upscale coffee/breakfast spot. Loses one star for the overpriced offerings and two stars for the consistently irritated young blond haired girl behind the counter. In the shop 3 times this week, usually later in the day, and without fail, every time I witnessed her become annoyed with a customer for one reason or another. If you don’t like what you are doing please dont take it out on us.

A great breakfast place with excellent coffee. The chocolate croissant is my favorite. It is a little pricey for breakfast but you will not need lunch after eating here. I could come here most days to start the day.

This is the closest thing to voluntary robbery. They overcharged us substantially but gave us no receipt so it was hard to figure out what we paid for. It took 35 minutes and $ 55 for our two underwhelming breakfast sandwiches and oatmeals to arrive. The redeeming aspect was a stranger’s pair of dogs hanging out outside(we got to know them quite well during our extended wait). Just go to Dunkin donuts unless you have nothing better to do with your time and money

Great people and atmosphere! They have a really nice and good cook. I felt like I was eating my mom’s dish. I strongly suggest their fritata and egg benedicts.

Stopped for lunch based upon Unilocal reviews. It was great! Very cool place. Ordered the Cuban… highly recommend. While waiting I shopped for some wine to take back to the resort which was a bonus & one less stop. Service was outstanding!

Very nice breakfast and lunch spot. Sit indoors or out. Fresh baked bakery goods. Great breakfast sandwiches and oh the Cuban sammy is excellent. Order at the counter and they’ll bring it to your table. Can get busy but they make it work.

Don’t stop here driving through the keys unless you have tons of time to kill. The half dozen folks working behind the counter are like watching the three stooges run a coffee shop. 20 minutes for two pastries from the case and an order of hummus to go. The sign entering town that says what’s your hurry you’re already here” should be painted warning sign yellow.

This is a wonderful spot that I came to for breakfast. The pastries are fresh-baked on the premises, the staff are chipper and helpful, the outdoor seating feels wonderful on a warm morning, the pumpkin muffin was delicious, and The bagel with lox was also very good. I highly recommend this place if you are hungry and you are in the area.

Slow slow and then slower. Be prepared to wait along time for sub par food and awful awful coffee These guys have nerve calling this place a coffee house. They have no idea how to pull a double shot of espresso or make a coffee drink. So many mixed reviews on this place believe the bad ones they are right! Stsrbuck or even Dunkin donuts is better $ 37 for bfast awful by even keys standards

This place is a total hidden gem! We learned about it from a local who told us she goes way out of her way for their coffee… she was spot on! The coffee and lattes are outstanding and reasonably priced. The staff is bubbly, happy and helpful. Out of all the places to go we came back the next day and even rode out bikes over four miles to get there. The food is incredibly fresh-the frittata was one of the best I’ve ever had-not pre baked at all. This place is going on our«must» list when we come down.

Mixed experiences at Leigh Ann’s coffee house today!!! Leigh Ann’s came highly recommended to us by the owners of a vacation house in Key Colony Beach, so a group of five on a fine sunny morning we headed there to try their offerings. We ordered cappuccino coffee and assorted pastries. The initial reception was rather curt and dry. They young lady in charge seemed a bit irritated at our various questions; like; «what is ‘dry’ cappuccino? what is Cuban Bucci?» We also said that we would eat in but we were given carry-out bags and paper cups. As for us the cappuccino are concerned, they left a somewhat ‘bitter’ taste. My guess is that cuban style coffee is used instead of more expensive Italian espresso grind-a shame given the high prices. Furthermore, skim milk is used– The pastries were good and fresh. What a shame we had to wash them down with an unpleasant cappuccino

Cute and quaint inside, but I found the staff to be rather rude and unfriendly. I was pretty much just stared at and they looked me up and down. No warm fuzzy feeling nor did I feel welcome. The coffee was«fine». Nothing special, I got coffee and pastry to go. I couldn’t see sitting down and eating there, too odd. Doesn’t look like a place with a great sit-down breakfast. I won’t be going back.

Amazing coffee shop in the keys! Would highly recommend stopping by for a pick me up in the sunshine. They have great coffee but the standouts are their special drinks that come with their homemade whip cream. It is apparently non dairy but it tastes like the richest and most amazing whip cream ever. And they are not stingy with it. All the drinks we got with it came with a huge dollop of whip and we loved it! Defiantly a good spot to get some dessert in a cup aka speciality coffee.

Eh. I had high hopes based on the reviews… they were gone. It’s cute, but overly kitschy. You are greeted with«breakfast?» As a question. Clearly it’s 9am I’m not there for steak. You’re instructed to take a reused paper menu and order at the counter and seat yourself. We sat next to the deli case and beer cooler(how quaint). Chose the French toast and eggs Benedict(FORELEVENDOLLARS) and 2 large iced turtle drinks. Not sure where the«turtle» was, tasted like a regular mocha. They bring the food and drinks to you, but do it by screaming your name. French toast was good, and sat like a brick in my stomach. Poached eggs were done well but I’m failing to see why we spent 11 dollars since it didn’t even come with potatoes. We paid and left. Nobody even said thanks. Won’t be back. Oh yeah, cash only for overpriced eggs!

One of the few places to grab a great homemade breakfast in the Keys! Located off the beaten path is Leigh Ann’s coffee house. It’s unpretentious & simple– the exact personification of keys living! The place has a few small tables outside and several more inside. The inside has a nice homey feel to it, and the service just adds to it. The cup of joes are some of the biggest I’ve seen– they definitely give you some huge mugs! They have amazing baked goods– try the chocolate croissant & cookies– and they have one of the better breakfast menus in the Marathon area. I had the frittata of the day & it was great. My hubby had a breakfast sandwich and it again was massive in size and great tasting. We loved this coffee house so much we came back twice during our stay. So if you’re in the Keys area, stop at Leigh Ann’s for a nice taste of some homemade goods!
