This city doesn’t have much going for it, so at least have your almost only fast food place at a decent status. We waited in line for 7 grueling minutes in the drive through without one person replying to our many «Hello?“s. Employees were in the back area in earshot and glanced over and chuckled. Cool. We decided not to go inside with the other Unilocal review ranting on the disgusting interior. We just wanted a drink, thanks for killing my only experience I will ever have for this brand. And corporate, if you ever care to read this, shut this location down, you’ll be doing everyone a favor.

Kerrville, TX
DQs in Kerrville are terrible. Dirty with unfriendly staff who act like they don’t want to be there. The one at 16 & 10 is probably best of the 3 but service is always slow. One on Hwy 27 is the worst. Zero customer service skills. Sign says open till 11pm. At 8:30, staff is stacking chairs on the tables ready to go home. Watched a girl «clean» a series of 6 tables, all with the same dirty rag, no bleach/​cleaning solution or anything. Then emptied the trash, carrying the bag across the restaurant as it leaked & dripped yucky water all over the floor. Then left the wet sticky puddle and trail on the floor without cleaning it up. Gross. Won’t go back.
