High prices, lousy service… Avoid this place like the plague. I bought a used laptop and it cost me over $ 340. It died several months later. when I took the computer in to be repaired, I asked for a quote first. they took it upon themselves to repair it without checking with me first. My laptop was now being held hostage over a $ 120 repair bill. for the amount of money I’ve paid for this piece of junk, I could have purchased a new laptop.
