Extended Stay America – Grand Rapids – Kentwood

I have never written a negative review of any hotel I have stayed in until now. I travel for work and have stayed in extended stays in the past. This location was the worst. I stayed in a room for one week and the most concerning thing is that it reeked of cigarette smoke. The curtains had visible signs of stains from to back. I bought more than a few air fresheners and candles to cover up the smell. In addition, the fully stocked kitchen is it fully stocked… There is no dishware, cookware in rooms… You have to check it out. They apparently have problems with theft in the past. I would never stay here again!

A nice, clean room complete with a small kitchenette. I always like staying here when I’m going to need a room for a few days.
