Great customer service, very clean, good food, immediate attention to a noisy ac unit, free good wifi — only minor complaint was pillows a bit thick, but they brought me a thinner one right away.

Check in was easy with their app. I let them know I was going to be a late check in because it was a holiday weekend, I didn’t want my room to be given away. They were very accommodating about that. Their customer service was great too. Plenty of parking. Clean rooms. Continental breakfast was very nice. Had plenty to choose from. Both hot and cold choices. Beds were comfortable too. I’d stay there again.

I gave this 2 stars because of the infrastructure. The staff was helpful, the facilities are clean and well kept. However, if you have sensory issues don’t stay here. The beds are hard and the sheets are so scratchy. There are no regular sized pillows on the beds and the air conditioners are window units that are quite noisy and make the room stuffy if you are using them for heat. There is also only one open outlet so if you need to charge your computer and your phone overnight something has to be charged in the bathroom. Despite the helpfulness of the staff I would not stay here again.

I’ve stayed here for a few days once before. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable if you like firmer beds. The SpringHill Suites have much mor comfortable beds. It has a decent pool and hot tub but it’s a little small if many people are using it. The staff are courteous and the lobby is nice. Breakfast is a standard hot breakfast with oatmeal, breakfast breads, usually an egg option and drinks. It’s in a nice location on the east side of GR and is close to the airport.

I had a really nice time during my one night stay here. The décor is very new and modern with bright colors and the staff was very attentive and nice. The king suite was not as big as embassy suites, but larger then say a comfort inn. When I checked in they said they needed to charge an extra $ 20 and with a debit card it take a little longer to get that back after our stay. I was unaware — and not prepared so offered to pay the 20 in cash. They accommodated me and ended up not making me pay that at all which was convenient. They allowed me to check in early — and the bed was comfortable! They also call when you get up and ask if everything is okay, which is a true five star must! So great job! Will return!

My best friend and I spend the weekend at this hotel every year for ArtPrize and this year did not disappoint! The staff was great from check in to breakfast. Even the people we encountered very late at night were upbeat and extremely professional. The rooms and lobby are recently renovated and very stylish. Our breakfast was great, and loved how complete it was as it was free! The hotel was not too far from the bus stops to get us downtown inexpensively. We will be back again next year!

As Fairfields go, this is one of the better ones. Very clean and the rooms are nice. They also had a nice fitness center using Precor equipment as opposed to the standard Marriott selection of LifeFitness. The breakfast was similar to other Fairfields. Scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, waffles, fruit, yogurt coffee and juices. Very close to the airport.

The hotel was clean. It was in a great location. There was a lot of restaurants within walking distance & I felt like the the area was a safe neighborhood. The hotel staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options but the eggs, biscuits, gravy, etc was the regular hotel breakfast quality. They had blueberry waffles that were really good. I got the whole pool & hot tub to myself-awesome! Oh, I almost forgot, they have a handicap lift(sorry if the terminology is wrong) for the pool. I don’t know that I’ve ever been to a hotel pool that has that & thought it was extremely thoughtful. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Oh, & it was priced very reasonably!

Friendly staff, everything here looks new, not dated. Pool area is nice and they have a hot tub to relax in.
