They’re okay, but they are the closest. I have yet to find a good place in Ohio to get pedicures, and this place also falls short on that. They do a great job on my acrylics, and the owner(?) is very fast, which I like. I hate sitting still! My mother-in-law however thinks he doesn’t take his time to do a good enough job and prefers the other two women that work there. I keep going back, so they must be doing a good enough job!

Tech did a good job on my pedicure but I felt like he was in a huge hurry! For $ 30 I expected a bit more attention.

I went in for a fill and pedicure. Not only was I there 2 hours but I had 2 different people. They both rushed each service and I ended up waiting 2 people in between. They didn’t handle with care either. My fill has never been worse, looks horrible. After my pedicure before I left you still could see the dry skin from before, she actually peeled it off when I said something. Horrible! !!! When i complained and he told me to put lotion on it.

I have been getting my nails done for 3 years here! They are fast and friendly, would not have anyone else do my nails!

Had my nails done here yesterday, with my first hand drawn design. I’m extremely happy with the design and the costs. The staff was very nice and the setting was comfortable, not awkward like some of the places I’ve been. I would recommend this place if someone wants a hand drawn design!

Like a previous review– I also found I have an infection in a toe after a pedicure. I will not return.

I visited this salon to get my nails done for a family reunion I was attending in two days. As I was receiving my pedicure the older lady came over to remove my nail polish off my fingers. I thought oh wow I will be out of here in no time. I had the gel nail polish on, which needs to be soak off. After 5 – 6 minutes of them soaking three people came in. She then started to rush doing my nails. My nails were horrible and sore from her forcing the gel polish off. When I complain to her how my nail look she just stood there and smiled. Every other minute while I was complaining she would say ‘Ok nail will be ok’. There was lack of communication cause she could barely understand English. I came back the next day to speak to owner(older gentlemen) to show him now how my nails had broke way down and one had a hole in it that couldn’t be fixed cause it was way down on nail bed and it burned from her forcing the gel off. He super glued the nail that was hanging off. He never offered me a refund. He said ‘Come back I will do for free ok’. My doctor put me on antibiotic for I would not get an nail infection. It took four months to get my nail in order. My nail was yellow underneath from the damage. My nail were sore for a week and a half had to be careful in what I did cause my nails would just break off. I do not recommend this company to anyone! I only gave it a one star cause there was no lower score!

Soo first time here. Got the Gelish Harmony gel done. I’ve had it done before in other salons, and have also tried OPI, and Gelish(Not sure if it was the Harmony line) a few times. I’m really particular about my nails, and usually would rather do them myself to get them right. Some salons have been acceptable. However, I’m not really convinced I would use this place again. So here is an in-progress review, at least until I see how long the manicure lasts-Tech said it should be about 21 days. Hmm. ~ Not a bad wait for no appointment. Salon appeared clean and orderly, and watched the techs utilize the sterilization machine, except that they did not sterilize the trays the utensils are put on and used by every customer.(EW) I had to have my old gel removed. It is supposed to be buffed to remove the shiny top coat, then soaked in acetone for 10+minutes, then GENTLY removed with a wood stick or the like. My tech immediately reached for the electric nail filer. Not too big of a deal if she were just going to give them a quick once-over, but she filed almost all the way to my nail bed on one nail, and I quickly stopped her and asked to soak them because she would inherently damage and thin my nails with her current method. She politely obliged me and soaked. I was given a new tech because my previous one was finishing the pedicure she moved on to while I was soaking. This was a male. Soooo I had scraped most of the gel off myself(mostly because I’m afraid they will resort to more scary, unneccessary filing) so the gentleman started to shape my nails. I said square. When he had done a couple nails, I noticed he had shaped them TErriBLY, with the corners LONGER than the middle?! He also filed them too much, some down to the quick – ouch! I asked to see the file to do them myself-and after seeing how I did them he seemed more aware of what I meant.(Who would want an inverted round nail??? I did see another tech had filed another lady’s acrylics in the same manner =O) As for the gel– he promises the Gelish Harmony would last ~ 21 days. My previous gels had lasted 8 – 14 days. He did a marginal job applying the gel. It was great that he was done in 30 mins, but He did almost no cuticle/manicuring, then slapped the gel on a little too hap-hazardly. They look pretty good from a foot away, but up close I can see where the edges were not colored or top-coated, and there was some debris on the nail bed that left lumps on some nails. Overall it was an OK place to get gel done in a pinch, but I’m probably going to find a better place to get them done until I buy my own kit and do them myself!
