I’ve been going here for over 10 years– that’s how GOOD this place is! Family owned and run business– nicest people you’ll ever meet. They make you feel like family. They do excellent work and have a very nice and clean salon. They just added a UV free spray tan booth and it is top of the line and amazing. I highly recommend getting your nails done here and getting a spray tan afterwards– you’ll be happy you did!

The guy at this place has no customer service skills and charges what he decides you should pay, not what is fair… Not to mention that my nails looked terrible when he was done. Their reason for high prices is that they say they have no competition in Kent. I found a great salon that is fair and does a great job, so I WONT ever go back to this place.

Horrible. The guy who did my nails kept nipping my skin with that little whirring tool, and it hurt!!! I had visible puffiness and redness on several fingers and one place where he actually broke the skin! WTF?! I spend money on my nails so that they’ll look nice. Never again.

Awesome place! Clean equipment, new chairs, pleasant mix of music, and reasonable prices. The basic pedicure includes a salt scrub and a lotion massage! Attention to detail with the polish was perfection, and the staff was very friendly to boot. Polish selection a little sub par but not bad. Will be coming back.

I can’t even give them a star. My mom and I showed up an hour before they closed. She needed a fill I needed a full set and a pedicure. Before we even signed in the woman told us she had two people waiting and didn’t have time for us. Then she said maybe if we waited until 7 they could let us know if they had time. Their were at least 4 people working… I was shocked. Needless to say we left and won’t be coming back.

This is my first ever Unilocal review and I just had to because my experience was so great. This was my second time here and made sure to come back to Hannah because she did such an awesome job, and she was friendly! I told her today I wanted some type of flower design, and she took artistic license and gave me a really cool design inspired by a bracelet I was wearing that was given to me by my mother. I have a feeling I’m gonna keep coming back to this place again and again!

Very friendly place. Overall great experience. The nails look awesome, only they are a bit thick. I got pink & white nails with a design on my ring fingers & thumbs that was applied by hand. I was charged extra for the design & was not told I would be charged till after the design was applied that’s the only reason I gave this place 4 outta 5 stars.
