Mikron Industries

Mikron builds Vinyl windows and door frames. Worked there for many years in tooling Maint and compounding. During my time there, it was expanding with G and F building.
Ron Sandwith (owner) passed away (RIP) and he was a great guy. cared about the business and the people that worked for him.
His sons sold the company to Quanex (which is a building company) and they brought in management and they didnt know shit.
Ruined alot of potential and eventually with the cost of gas prices, competition from China. Mikron couldnt hold on to what it once was.
I’ve learned alot from working there. I also hated alot of people there too.

If I buy window frames from home depot or lowe’s… they are gonna be mikron made
