Exemplary service. Auburn-Kent Valley RV sets the standard for how servicing an RV should work. I brought my 30ft bunk house travel trailer in for a thermostat problem. They did a great job tracking down the problem, spent plenty of time on the phone and really paid a lot of attention to the issues that concerned me. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Mom and dad have had them do several things, they found & repaired a mysterious leak, they replaced the drivers side mirror after an accident (2001 RV), put in new carpet and lots of other things — Very happy with them and we will definitely go back.

This morning I took my Astro conversion van into these guys for some upgrades. So far the experience has been fantastic. Tim patiently listened to our needs and clearly explained what we would need to do.
