I’ve been here three times now and won’t go anywhere else. In fact, I drive right by the busy Verizon store in Covington. Here you don’t have the long waiting times to speak to someone. Each time I’ve been to this store I’ve been impressed by the professionalism of the employees — ALL of them! Kyra the store manager is great and so is the team she works with.

Customer service here was the quickest I’ve seen at any wireless retailer and they were able to explain everything we had questions on including tech questions and pricing scenarios.
Parking is convenient and it has a water fountain and restroom if you do find yourself having to wait.
