Do NOT use this location. They are rude, disrespectful and do not have a clue about cell phones or customer service. It took them hours to try to connect a new phone. I actually left and came back the next day, to wait another few hours. They practice false advertising, rudeness, and pure stupidity. Worst business I have EVER been to!!! I had to give them a star to get this posted, but their actual rating is exponentially negative!
