Burger King

Below average store with friendly service. The store was not clean and had trash all over the counters and floor. The tables were also not wiped off. The food took longer than normal to get but was correctly made and used fresh ingredients.

I typically like Burger King, and I persuaded my wife to go here instead of elsewhere. So I was a bit embarrassed at what we found. We ordered, quite clearly, and the person taking the order (not a teenager) still got the order wrong. The place was dirty… staff were not cleaning up tables, etc. And the place desperately needs a remodel.
I remember when they first opened in Des Moines; so it is a disappointment to see the place go downhill.
We’ll likely pass next time.

I wouldn’t say this is the worst BK Lounge I’ve ever been to … I would say it’s the worst fast food place I’ve ever been too .
Waited a good 10 – 15 min before someone would take my order. Their soda machine is out of pretty Much every drink. You need a code for the bathroom. The people are rude and lazy .
Just don’t come to this location.

Normally wouldn’t take time to review a chain store but this place was so dirty, rundown, unkept that it deserves mention. Food was typical. Service was ok. But dirty dirty dirty.

I loved it I went early for breakfast after leaving another burger king in burien, not satisfied with burien I did not order from burien one. I went to get a sandwhich. It was the best I hadever tasted fresh, hot bacon was crispy. Loved it was so surprised!

Went to this place the other day to get something quick from myself and my wife after a long say at work for the both of us. The food was nothing out of the oridnary for Burger King, although they did get my just cheese order right, which does not occur all that often. The real positive was the service I recieved, it was about the best I have ever seen at a chain burger joint.

Normally, I wouldn’t review a chain store like this, but the burger I had here was so bad it was a miracle. I don’t know if they just don’t care or if they are making the patties out of stray cats, but the food here is worse than most Burger King restaurants. Good grief. I had one bite, one. It was so nasty I spit it out. They have ruined Burger King for me for life. I heard recently that the King is revamping their stores to appeal to an older crowd and is changing the décor and some menu items. How about making food that doesn’t taste like crap! You don’t need a business strategy, you need quality. Why eat this garbage when Mickey D’s, Jack, and Wendy’s are a short drive away to fullfill your fast food fix. I have yet to return to any Buger King restaurant.

Well, it was Burger King. You feel like crap afterward but the ride was kind of fun.
