Why the eff is it fast food if I am pulling over to wait for my food? Fuck mc’ds. 2^nd time this week. Bye.

Honest staff. They made a mistake and fixed it without me mentioning it. It was really busy, but they took their time to help each customer. If you are looking for fast food, this is not the place. Oh and they have good looking workers too, what a plus.

A lot of the employees are unfriendly! Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. And this place is slow every time I come here. Never fails. Fries are usually old and I have to ask them got fresh fries.

If I could give 0 stars, there would be 0 stars. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. That rude ass mfkr who was working the drive thru window cut me off in the middle of my order and said if I wanted extra things order at the window. Fine. Get to the checkout window. I pay but there are two cars in front of me so obviously have to wait. Not 5 seconds later the manager comes to the window and reminds me that my food is at the second window and I would have to pick it up from there. At that point I have to literally point out that I’m stuck at their window with 2 cars ahead of me and they are like oooooh… because obviously I came here to look at them and don’t really care about. .you know. actually eating. Then when I get to the window. order was wrong and the bitch was standing there saying «the screen says this» but I’m like… but I want this and I wasn’t gonna take this because you’re saying so. I haven’t even eaten the food yet because I’m so pissed at this shithole of a mcdonalds. I can guarantee that if they weren’t hiding behind the brand name, they would have been shut down and all those mfkrs would have been fired a long time ago. –_–

Hello I want to tell you my experience at the McDonalds in Des Moines Washington. it was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a McDonalds facility. it was 6 a.m. and I was looking for my sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. but end up getting a sausage biscuit. but what really pissed me off is when I left with my bag all the way to work, and I end up looking in the bag so disappointed when I got to my job I see a sausage biscuit with no cheese. and on top of that the biscuit was too dry like it had no butter the meat tasted horrible. This company needs new management and it needs it fast also a new cook. its right off the highway so if you’re wanting to leave the facility in a fast timely manner I will not choose this place. like the other guy said steer clear unless you want to be waiting! it’s true

Zero stars if I could rate them that low! Horrible, rude customer service and can never get our orders right! Given them so many attempts and have failed us everytime. Just got our food… never would guess, it’s cold!

Not Best Buy on Black Friday.

Pathetic. Waited in line for 10 minutes only for them to tell me after I ordered that it was cash only. I would at least expect you to inform the people in the long line that they won’t be able to use their cards. Ridiculous

Wow, what a shithole!!! I think I will just go to the airport next time. How do you run out of ketchup and napkins? I’m not even mad, I’m impressed.
In addition, I tryed to log onto their website to leave a complaint and that doesn’t work either. Surprise, surprise:-)

This is the most disappointing McDonald’s that I’ve been to. Rarely do they ever have what I want, and if they do they are either slow or they say they are only accepting cash and not debit or credit, which can be an inconvenience.
This McDonald’s never used to be so unreliable but now I dread going here.
Something needs to change.

I’ll add my 2 cents and repeat what everyone else has already said… this is the slowest mcdonalds you will ever go too… Why is it so slow? Cause the employees sit around and gossip rather then serve food! I witness first hand today that 3 employees were standing around the dining area talking and the manager had to yell at them twice to get back to work. Horrible.

I work near this McD’s, and they basically just fail. Constantly.
*Their employees are the type to hand you your food through the window then slam the window shut. They don’t realize that OH NO I WILL wait until you open up again to ask for ketchup.
*I’ve left w/​no napkins or straws. We all know the horror when you sit down to eat.
*They run out of Shamrock Shakes. What.
*Getting your order right isn’t a guarantee.
*Sloooow.

HORRIBLY SLOW service. Took me 20 minites for a sprite and pie! Will never come to this location again!

Out if every McDonalds I’ve ever been to, London, England included, this is the worst one EVER!
Simply put, they cannot get the orders out. PERIOD!

For being such a busy location, this place is ran like crap. Everything is out, a line to the door, one cashier, the drive thru packed… it’s like a perfect cluster F. Good god, if u have to go here with a party of children…
Just drive to another location.

The slowest McDonald’s I had ever been to. I was in line so long I had time to write a Facebook review!

The Dish: 20 piece chicken nuggets, large fries, and large sweet tea. Seriously, all we wanted were drunchies, but this place gave us cold chicken nuggets and salty salty salty fries (and the second time when we asked for less salt, they gave us no salt).
Ambience: When we walked in, all the delivery boxes were on the counter. It was a COMPLETE disaster. The workers were way too nonchalant — they were talking to each other for a good couple minutes with our orders in their hands. They took ages to even talk to us and ask for our order. The place is an absolute disaster. Worst McD’s I’ve ever been to.

Got cold food when I went through the drive thru. Went inside to get it heated up at least and the shift supervisor just replaced it without saying anything. No apology, he didn’t ask anyone, didn’t say anything. To me that tells me he doesn’t care and I’m worried about getting sick. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location.
