Probably one of the worst places in Tri-Cities. Skipped us completely and crossed our names out on the list. Had lukewarm teriyaki and rice. The sushi was alright but no where near the best that I’ve ever had. Conveyor belt was gross and nasty. Not recommended at all.

The food here tastes ok and that is where it ends. The restaurant is dirty, the food on the conveyor belt is not covered, it is not labeled, and the selection of food is very minimal. They have cans of Arizona tea in plastic cups filled with water, which I assume was ice at some point. Did not provide wasabi or ginger with any of our rolls. We definitely will not be back.

I’m from Seattle area, and have had sushi in a lot of places in all areas of the country. This was probably one of the worst places I have ever been to. Most of the plates were room temperature, the tuna in the nigiri was frozen, octopus chewy, undercooked rice in a few roles, I could go on but no need to. I felt like I had wasted $ 50 on lunch. I have not been to any others in the Tricities so I can’t compare locally owned places.

Best sushi boat in tri city. The wife and I always love to come here every chance we get. This place is busy so be patience with the servers.

I am not quite sure what to say. Wow, this was bad. We sat at the table and the same tired food kept going around and around. If I wanted cream cheese and fake crab I would have picked something up at the grocery store. Words do not describe how bad it was. What was on the conveyor belt looked slick and old and gross and nothing new was being put on. I finally ordered ikura and the fish eggs tasted old. One of the plates looked like somebody vomited and then they baked it while putting sauce on it. This was not our first choice and will never be our choice again

The family and really enjoy going here. Yet the service lacks in multiple areas. We only come here now if we have time to waste. We walk in knowing our glasses won’t get refilled, our lemons will be forgot and will talk 10 – 15 minutes to get. Our soup might be sent back for being cold and it will take forever to get the check… the sushi it great as long as you don’t get a soggy or warm one:(

The place is very nice and loved the huge TVs there. Bree food quality is very good although the options are limited. I enjoy the service and the tiramisu cake! If you’re looking into saving money, go here on Wednesdays! They have great specials.

Love this place! The sushi is so good and the customer service is wonderful! It’s a little pricy but most sushi is. You can tell the chef is skilled though, the rolls are beautiful to look at and taste amazing! My favorite sushi place in Kennewick!

All of the sushi we got off the conveyer was room temperature — it had clearly been sitting out a while. If you’re eating raw fish, you want to know it’s been kept at the right temperature. The rice was sticky in the wrong way, like it has been prepared wrong. We went to lift off our rolls and half the rice stuck to the plate. Service was terrible. One guy messed up our orders — two dishes. We asked a girl for help and she said«No» two different times. I’d give this place zero stars if possible.

I love sushi. This place does not have good sushi. The sushi hardly ever seems fresh on the conveyer belt and if you order off the menu the bug you a plate with 3 pieces instead of the whole roll. Too many non traditional toppings and sauces on the sushi. When I tasted mustard on the fake lobster roll that did for me. Barf! But hey the positive was the service good and they have great fountain pop.

Always amazing. The staff is great and the food is always fresh. Get yourself a bento or eat at the bar. I recommend any of the spicy tuna or tempura rolls. Even that bacon rolled asparagus is super yummy. You won’t be disappointed!

Sauce on the sushi is heavy and the restaurant often smells like fish. Despite what you might think, a good sushi bar shouldn’t smell fishy. The track selection is limited. I’ve been here a few times, during different days and hours, to see if the timing makes a difference. It doesn’t. The food just isn’t any good and my stomach is usually upset for hours afterwards. There are plenty of other inexpensive sushi places in the Tri-Cities. I would suggest going to one of those instead.

Average at best. Conveyor belt style restaurant, but the selection was limited. Asked for pieces of albacore off the menu and they didn’t have it. Waitress barely spoke English. It’s Ok if you’re already at the mall, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

Unfortunately since we’ve come home from TN all of our experiences at Mizu have been disappointing. We’ve tried a few times to go when we think they’ll be busy so we can see and try different sushi, but the chefs are rarely putting new food on the belt. We always leave feeling like we need to go get food somewhere else!

Decent food. It seems like there is new management, and they offered great specials($ 2 /plate). Our waters were refilled several times and our waitress was incredibly kind, checked in on us several times. The variety of food on the conveyor was great. Quality was mediocre but I appreciated the number of veggie options.

Not the best quality sushi in town. It is nice to see the plates go by and be able to grab whatever looks good, but I don’t think it’s worth settling for sub-par sushi. The service is not great either. One of the sushi chefs was very nice, but the hostess and waitress were just not friendly. It took a long time to get anyone’s attention to get some wasabi.

FUCKINGUNBELIEVEABLE!!! IFONLY I could leave ZERO stars Just came back and had the WORST experience EVER in a restaurant. The owner(not just some random co worker, the OWNER) was SO disrespectful and unprofessional. So what happened was it was me and my younger brother, I decided to bring him since he liked the conveyer belt(even though we just ate there yesterday) and it had a good amount of people inside. It was only her and her husband(I think, or at least another manager) just working and she sat us but then walked away. Her husband(just gonna call him that) was the one who gave us our drinks and took our order AND answered our questions. So when she brought us our meal(the husband brought out our appetizer first) I asked for more water since both myself and my brother were completely out. She said okay be right back in a nice tone. Never came back, just kept walking past us. Tried waving at her, nothing. My brother even yelled, «Excuse me!» and waved at her. She looked at him then walked away. I was only able to get some water about 7 – 10 mins later when I actually managed to get her attention. So that is always a major minus points on tip for me. So when the bill came(mind that we had to get her since she once again just kept walking past us ignoring us) I decided not to leave a tip since not only did she hardly do anything(her husband was more of a server then she was) but she also kept us waiting a while for everything. As soon as I wrote down my name, she said, «What, why don’t you leave a tip? Was service not good enough for you?(I said, „Well, you kept us waiting a while so .“ got interrupted) Oh oh okay, I remember you I remember you. You always ALWAYs come in here but NEVER leave a tip. Okay.» Surprised and pissed, I said«That is NOT true, first time we came here, we left you a tip but you TOLD us it was not good enough.» During the whole time we said that, she just kept saying okay okay thank you thank you very much and tried walking away. Back when I used to work at the mall, I stopped there a couple times after work to grab a quick bite(like hardly $ 10 worth of food) and would always leave a couple bucks for tip. But this time she decides to yell at us? VERYUNPROFESSIONAL form the owner too! Her husband was fine, he did a better job severing then she did. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

Service was outstanding, but sushi was just so-so. We have had good kaiten sushi in Japan and Hawaii, and in comparison the food is way overpriced for the quality. Great place to go for the Asian atmosphere, but you’ll be paying an arm and a leg for mall type sushi.

Another dumbed-down-American sushi-roll-on-a-conveyor-belt joint. But heck, it is what it is. But I am glad that they are here, giving us another option for sushi. Yay! And, dear to my heart, they serve Momokawa sake( ) and KNOW that quality sake is served CHILLED, now warm.
