While you are here they are very attentive. The second you make your purchase the customer service goes down the drain. I bought a mattress set and they tied the box spring onto the roof of my SUV. It barely made it out of the parking lot… literally less than a quarter mile and my car got to a whopping 10 mph and the box spring flew off the back of my car. I called them. They said they would call me back. I waited 15 minutes. No call back. I drove back into the parking lot. And was ignored until the salesman finished with his current customer. The«man» who tied it on, kinda laughed and said there was nothing he could do except cut the strings he used to «tie» the box spring down off the rig. Ummmm no thanks. They wanted me to drive out to the box spring and get it myself. They said. Sorry. Too bad. Not our problem. Ridiculously rude.
