Had their shrimp Fetuchini Alfredo, horrible. The noodles were dry with a big glop of alfredo sauce on top(that tasted more like heavy cream than anything) and the shrimp were the super tiny kind. Never returning!

I’m new to tri cities area so I’m trying to find my «go-to» Italian restaurant. Last night was my first try at Italian food and Casa Mia had decent reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. Unfortunately for me, it will not be my «go-to» place. I ordered the chicken parm with Alfredo pasta. The chicken was just so so, nothing with mentioning, and the Alfredo was actually disappointing. There was no real flavor. I had to add garlic salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese just to make it worth eating. My wife ordered one of the pizzas(one with arugula is all I remember) and it was pretty tasty. She said she would definitely get it again. And we ordered the fonduta as an appetizer. The fonduta was pretty good as well. But, since my meal was undesirable and not note worthy, it’s easy for me to say I will most likely not be back again.

We love this place. The food is great. Try the Pizza de Sole. We also like the small spaghetti with meat sauce(I add meatballs) and the butternut squash ravioli. The salads are quite good but sometimes the lettuce is weak. The spicy chicken Caesar is tasty. The wine and beer list has improved over the years.

Had dinner on a Monday, restaurant was fairly busy. The hostess lacked basic seating and communication skills. The waiter seemed overwhelmed and we only saw him when we ordered and when he brought our ticket. I ordered the chicken parm. The chicken was bad. Instead of being crispy and golden, the breading on the chicken was gooey doughy tasting. The chicken was hard to find being covered in a mound of sauce. I used to really like this place but it seems to have lost its luster. Honestly, the simple salad with cheese on olives was the best tasting thing.

Can be hit or miss, has some good items and some that are less desirable. I actually prefer the salads and sandwiches as opposed to the«italian» dishes and pizza. I have a feeling traditional italians would roll over in their graves if served some of these meals. However, I can usually count on a good salad/sandwich and a beer in a cozy location. I keep going back so it can’t be that bad!

We have eaten here for years. Their bisteca steak is seasoned perfectly– nothing else is needed. The house salad with mozzarella cheese and black olives is my favorite salad. My husband gets the small order of spaghetti with a Italian sausage and is always full.

I’m not sure I can say anything positive. Raviolis were terrible. Tasted frozen. Fettucini sauce was thick and gross. Caesar salad I didn’t finish because lettuce was wet and soggy. Garlic bread only tasted like butter. Minestrone soup broth looked like it was stew broth. Thick and dark brown. I won’t ever go back.

I’ll never go back. Ordered Chicken Parmigiana. It was all sauce and a small piece of pressed and formed chicken product. Had to pay extra for a salad that was nothing more than bagged and wilted iceberg lettuce with a few olives and some cheese on it. The sauce tasted as if it was out of a can with no flavor. By the way, you receive a small piece of bread and have to pay $.75 for each additional piece. This place should be ashamed to call itself an Italian restaurant.

Every Time I go here it surprises me. The food is consistent and flavorful. Nothing tastes processed like the Italian chains. There are lighter feeling items like the butternut squash ravioli that are heavy in taste. The classic Italian cheesy dishes are nicely done. There is also something delicious about their salad which is so simple. The place is decorated well so there is a good vibe. Always a good choice when your craving Italian.

Consistently good food and reasonable prices. I wouldn’t consider this a fancy date night restaurant, but it’s a good place to grab a pizza or pasta with the family. The minestrone soup is crave-worthy!

Worse restaurant experience of my life! The staff was terrible and could hardly speak English. I told the server that it was our wedding anniversary, and she said«OH». Then promptly sat us next to the kitchen… how romantic! Ordered Caesar Salad and the Provolone Chicken Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce and Sun Dried Tomatoes. The Caesar Salad was chopped iceberg lettuce, Caesar Dressing drizzled on top with parmesan and croutons. I then was served frozen Ravioli with tasteless Alfredo Sauce and some weird red snake like sauce squeezed out of a ketchup type bottle. Was only severed one glass of wine, and never asked if I would like another. The husbands food was no better, and his beer was flat When my husband complained at checkout they just looked at him funny, and took his money. The food was crap, the service was crap… we will NEVER return!

Eh. That’s how I could sum up our experience. Nothing really stood out as great, and nothing really stood out as horrible. I got the butternut squash ravioli, which was the best part of our meal. My husband got the calzone, which was the worst part of our meal. Another reviewer described it as a giant pizza pocket, and that’s really what it tasted like, fake orange cheese and all. Dessert is the only reason I even eat dinner, so I figured we must have ordered dessert, but it was so unmemorable, I had to look at the menu online again to jog my memory. We got an apple crostata and a molten chocolate cake, both of which were fine, but over priced. It seems a little hit and miss; some of the stuff our table neighbors had looked pretty good. I’m not sure if we’ll go back on our own accord, but maybe I’d try it again under the right circumstances.

I hate writing negative reviews unless its warranted, and unfortunately it is here. But it wasn’t all bad. Pros: Italian dressing was good Fresh baked bread was warm, soft and tasted pretty genuine They give you a carafe for refilling yourself, instead of having to flag down your waitress Waitress was friendly and very helpful Cons: They only have 2 choices of pasta, spaghetti and fett The Tomato sauce was atrocious and bitter The Alfredo sauce was barely cheesy and very bland The chicken in the chicken parm was the prefrozen type patty The lettuce for the salad was precut, prebagged and would have been much better if it was fresh imho It started ok, but once we get our entrée, it went down hill pretty fast. Definitely not recommended and won’t be going back any time soon. Maybe to try their pizza though…

The Chicken alla Cacciatora was perfectly doused in sauces which infused the chicken with just the right about of juice when it was sauteed to perfection. Paired with a side of fettuccine and salad … yummo! The outdoor patio is completely romantical and is a great escape from the kiddos inside. Definitely worth pulling over on the highway!
