They gave away the i-​pod they were supposed to be fixing because I didn’t pick it up soon enough. They said they had called but there was nothing on my caller i.d. to indicate that they had.

The place looks pretty dumpy, it’s true, but they saved my life and kept me from losing my sanity — anyone who has ever broken their iPhone screen will understand.

Has to be the worst customer service of any business I have every visited. Some employees are knowledgeable, others are clueless and unable to answer the most basic questions. The final straw for me was when an employee there cursed at me when I became fed up with their horrible customer service and follow through.
