I hate to be the first to write a negative review and was really hoping for a great experience based on the great reviews thus far.
I chose a chicken baja bowl and I have no idea why but it tasted awful! My hubby, who loves everything, also said it didn’t taste right. (He loved his steak burrito though) The chips tasted like old grease and so did my kiddos taquitos.
I will most likely give this place another chance, eventually. Maybe we just went on a very off day. Also, the gentleman that took our order was very nice and welcoming. The salsa bar was also pretty good.

I use to live in Las Vegas and use to go the Baja Fresh almost every other week. It was very good. I was hoping this place was just as good… but some areas to improve:
I got the Chili Shrimp salad, one wahoo taco, and tortilla chips.
Wahoo taco was excellent –flavorful guac, onions, wahoo, tortilla, nicely done 5 stars
Salad…ehh the shrimp was good but too many greens the proportion was way off. Like ridiculous off. 3 stars.
The tortilla chips were salty… if you like salty chips tortilla you would like this 2 stars
Salsa Bar…5 star I like the pico de galo and medium salsa
Staff… Friendly nice knows their product: 5 stars

This was my first time here. The server, Erica, was super-​nice and helped guide me through the menu choices. I decided on a chicken burrito then picked up some freshly-​made salsa for the complimentary chips, poured myself an iced green tea and sat down to wait for the burrito. I didn’t have to wait long. The burrito was really tasty, with lightly charred chicken with guacamole and pico de gallo wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. The restaurant was very clean and the cheerful décor was as fresh as the food. It was a great dinner experience and I am looking forward to coming back soon.

Dined in once, did take out twice… three weeks in a row to see how consistent the food would be. Wow! This place doesn’t disappoint! Friendly, delicious, fresh, AND consistently good! It’s now one of my fav Tri-​Cities restaurants, hands down! This food is not «fast food» dining, but it is quite fast & sooooooo good! :) I really love the salsa bar… which is divine… especially their perfect pico de gallo! And, the prices are GREAT for the amount & quality of food! If I could give Baja Fresh more than 5 stars, I would!

Really good place to eat. I have tried Chipotle and Qdoba, but Baja Fresh is equal to Chipotle and blows Qdoba out of the water. I highly suggest their black salsa very good!!!

I was greeted from the moment I walked in which is a big plus for me. The food is good I tried the Baja chicken burrito (enchilada style) very filling. The one downside I would have to mention is the person who took our order offered other things without informing me that it cost extra. It was a minor issue but other than that I’ll be going back here!
