Wendy’s

I give this Wendy’s 5 stars because it’s the only one in the Metro Atlanta area where I can find the Oatmeal raisin bars! I have to agree with the comments about checking your order before you leave the drive-​thru, every time that I order the son of a baconator with no cheese, they add cheese! I can say that this probably has happened to me at least 10 times. You would think I would have learned from the first few times that it happened. I always have to drive back around or go inside! This makes my son really mad because he hates cheese!

This Wendy’s sucks. They are never open when they’re supposed to be and sometimes they’ll let you sit at the drive-​thru for 20 min and then the lady 3 cars in front of you has to come by and tell you that they are closed, because she went and banged on the window, this at 10:30 by the way. The drive-​thru speaker was run over by some drunk guy and they left it all mangled on the ground with wires sticking out for months. If it’s late evening or early in the morning or at any point during the day, because hey they might not be open and you’re starving do not go here. Go to Taco Bell down the street, you’ll never leave disappointed.

This used to be a good Wendy’s, but not anymore. I ordered two of the same BBQ salads and when I got the bag, Ranch dressing. I asked for the correct dressing was met with a blank look. Even told her it has an onion on the package… I was handed vinaigrette with garlic on the package. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Wendy’s management, hire people that care and train them.

Food is fine — it’s Wendy’s, but don’t count on order accuracy. Check your bag before you pull away from the drive thru. When we ate inside, we returned to the counter twice because the burgers weren’t as we had ordered.

Just tried the new jalapeño fresco spicy chicken sandwich and ghost fries… complete garbage! Everything was so drenched in cheese sauce that it was rendered inedible. I don’t know where the ghost peppers were in the fries, it was basically fries drenched in nacho cheese sauce and topped with raw jalapenos. The sandwich was drowned in the same nacho cheese and raw jalapenos. It was hot enough to make my nose run, but was missing the flavor that good spicy food has. If you like soggy food drenched in nacho cheese sauce, then order these items. on the other hand, if you actually own taste buds, you might want to avoid it…

I really like Wendy’s food but im really not a fan of this location. They are so slow. I constantly see people walking out of line and leaving who are tired of waiting and the crowd is really not that bad. My order is wrong everytime i go here, ive even gotten mayonnaise on my grilled chicken sandwich when it is supposed to come with honey mustard. The employees are pretty incompetent and rude. Its takes 5 minutes to take an order and even had a cashier make jokes about my name! I drive out of way to other Wendy’s on chastain whenever I can. The food is decent when you finally get it which is only reason i gave more than 1 star. But quality is also inconsistent (sometimes chicken very dry and stale buns other times chicken juicy). With all the issues, just go find another Wendy’s.

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant. I really don’t understand the negative reviews but, I’ve always been well pleased at this location. From early am to late night always fresh food, hot n juicy.

We went there at 8:00 on a Monday night… not a busy time. There was no line, only a guy standing off to the side waiting on his food. The young man working the front register didn’t acknowledge us or even look in our direction for at least 3 – 4 minutes. I’ve never seen anyone take an order so slowly or with less sense of purpose. The food was fine, no problems aside from french fries that had been «dredged» in salt. But this is a corporate issue and sadly becoming a typical fast-​food tradition. The dining tables — though all clear — all appeared to be dirty and sticky. We finally sat at one anyway. I also noticed that the condiment stand was poorly stocked. When we were leaving I looked around and couldn’t see a single table that appeared to be wiped clean. They all looked filmy and sticky to the point that I couldn’t help but wonder if it was the nature of the table top surface to appear that way.

i have to say, they have one hell of a breakfast… kinda pricey but they ALWAYS have coupons…

It’s cheap and expectations are not high.

Although I like the food at Wendy’s, this location is very inconsistent in their quality of food, such as stale buns, or service, like half-​filled cups of soda or chili.
