Taco Bell

I am a lover of all things Taco Bell, and while it might be silly to write a review of a well known fast food chain, I feel the need to shout out to this specific location and one young lady in particular. SAMANTHA! I’ve worked in food service for 15 years, and grew up in my family’s restaurants. I’ve never in my life felt the need to tip or compliment a drive-​thru attendant, until now. I’ve been coming to this location 3x weekly for the last year or so. I am a waitress and typically go during late night hours. Samantha, knows my voice at the speaker and always lifts my spirits when her octave gets higher as she recognizes me. I’ve never had an unpleasant interaction with her and she is always has an ear to ear smile when she greets me at the window. And she always treats me as if I’m dining at a 5 star restaurant. Even more awesome I’ve mentioned her to other people who frequent this taco bell and they all say the same thing. Samantha, you are the gold standard for ANY customer service and Taco Bell Wade Green is LUCKY to have you. It is my pleasure to receive your hospitable service and warm smile. I hope you know how many people appreciate you!

The last two times I have gone through the drive thru at this location I was waiting in line for 30+ minutes to get my food. I will never go to this location again and advise everyone else’s to avoid it as well.

Taco Bell used to not be my cup of tea, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve come to appreciate drive thru Mexican food. This location is on point. My order is never wrong, the line can be wrapped around the building and they’re still pretty fast. My only complaint about his Taco Bell is the fact that once you get in the drive-​thru and maybe you change your mind, you can’t get out. You could maybe jump the curb but, why would I risk popping a tire just cause I’d rather go to Waffle House. Either way this is my favorite Taco Bell location.

The food was fine, the people were friendly, but the place was completely filthy — floors literally covered in food, trash overflowing — and the food my wife and I got gave us both serious «gastric distress.»

I don’t rate fast food for food quality. They earn there paycheck on service. I frequent this location during lunch. A sweet woman work the drive thru and they move quick to get me my food. You can’t go wrong with the grilled stuffed burrito meal.

I have been here probably 100 times. i ALWAYS enjoyed it but… i went here today and ordered the cantina bowl with chicken. Came with a drink and corn salsa!!! Well… i waited about 10 minutes for it. The place WAS NOT busy so no excuses!!! My cantina bowl was COLD (not even room temperature) and my corn salsa was just a side of corn!!! Not even a hint of salsa… WTF??? And NOONE seemed to care!!! Im VERY DISAPPOINTED… now, i gotta decide if im willing to EVER go back there!!! Im leaning towards NOT!!! If i was the mgr of this place, someone would have gotten fired today!!!

Let’s be honest — this is Taco Bell, and probably no Taco Bell deserves more than four stars.
Taco Bell tends to be hit or miss — you either have decent fast food or stale tortillas and bean paste that tastes like it’s been sitting out for three days. Fortunately, this Taco Bell is one of the better ones I’ve been to in terms of overall food quality and freshness.
They also don’t mark up their dollar menu items. One of the Taco Bells in Canton marks up its Crispy Potato Soft Taco price to $ 1.49 — and at that point I’d rather go to Moe’s.
The one problem with this location is that they’re always backed up after 10PM. Avoid night visits unless you want to wait in line for 10 — 15 minutes — hopefully they hire another night shift employee soon.

I’ve been visiting this place since I was a teenager and that was a long time ago! I enjoy coming here for a quick snack and the food and service is always fast.
