I woke up this morning at 9AM to the pleasant smell of fresh waffles and hash browns and chili. I quickly got up to have a taste and the waffles melted in my mouth and the combination of hash browns and chili worked extremely well together. This meal filled me up and was very good for the price paid. Overall, this was a very solid breakfast, would come back again. June 19, 2016.

I tried to call to place a to-go order. The lady who answered the phone said that they were TOOBUSY to take my order! Can you believe that?! Too busy to take my money. Wow. Never heard that one before. She said we can come eat there or call back in 40 minutes. No thanks!

We go to this place frequently. Our orders are rarely incorrect. The staff is great and friendly with the exception of the old, curly haired, Bette Midler looking lady. She’s abrasive and sorta rude. The regulars that come in are insane and one of the has been awarded the name Sperm Shot, due to the highly inappropriate story he told to us one night. There’s a little girl that hangs out in there all night on the weekends with her parents, I guess they can’t afford a baby sitter and have to go to Waffle House and hang out all night long. If you go here ask for Kim, she’s the best and avoid the curly haired lady.

This Waffle House is in dire need of a Georgia Department of Public Health Food Service inspection. Two of the seven guests in our group received contaminated food. There was a long brown hair in the sausage of one guest(only men with short hair at that table) and a bug in hashbrowns of another guest, absolutely no doubt in identification, presented to and confirmed by waitress. The ticket for that table was comp’d, a mumbled apology(we think?) from cook and a little more enthusiastic apology from waitress(still due her tip). THIS Waffle House could never be recommended by us and, sadly, this experience has pretty much ruined all Waffle Houses for us anywhere in the near future. A one-star rating only because we can’t post without awarding a star.

This waffle house we always forget that it is there, probably for the best. The service was fast but totally inaccurate. The only thing that came out right was my bacon… ordered toast no butter, it seems like the south just insists I eat butter on toast. I just don’t like butter on toast, is it a crime? And both of our hashbrowns were not right. My eggs tasted cheesy even though I said no cheese when asked. the waiter was sarcastic and his jokes would’ve been alright except he totally messed up our order. The cash out guy was very nice, the hostess nice, but generally dissatisfied. This location didn’t receive a renovation so it’s looking a little run down. I’ll stick to our usual WH.

Worst customer service ever. The waitress practically didn’t say a word to us and spent every second helping every other customer. When she came to get our order just she stared at us. She got my order wrong and never once did she ask how was our food or check up on us. The only good thing was that our drinks were refilled quickly, probably so she wouldn’t have to talk to us. Never coming back. Ill drive the distance for better hospitality.

This Waffle House was very clean even late at night. Usually there is a nest of waffle batter everywhere, but nope not here. I always get a grilled chicken biscuit with hash browns smothered and covered. They made it just right here. I can’t wait for the pumpkin spice waffles to come back they are perfect.

Typical Waffle House you can expect the same food from each location. You come here for comfort food or when you’re drunk because it never closes. I really enjoy ordering the hashbrowns. Every time I come I get hashbrowns and you can add toppings like ham, chili, tomatoes, cheese, onions, etc to them. Waffles can have toppings too. I don’t like raisins but I like they’re raisin bread with Apple butter!

So, they call this the«WADEGREEN Waffle House». The official address is Busbee Parkway, but it’s just off Wade Green Rd. Anyway, we drove over to this location this morning, since our«go to» WH(Barrett Parkway/I-75) was jam packed. Miss PEGGY was the hostess(who knew WH had hostesses?), and she MADE our visit. What a total delight she was! I’d go back just to see her. She said she waitresses during the week, hostesses on weekends, and she’s been working at THISSAME location for 24YEARS! Food was A-1 good. Place was very clean. Our waitress, Lenny(female) was nice at first, got our order perfect, and all was good UNTIL we asked for the bacon to be cooked just a tad more. She got a little snippy, since we asked for soft cooked bacon(umm, that didn’t mean raw, ma’am) and then quit talking to us. Solid spot.

The staff was friendly but was obviously not excited about working the holiday(understandable). The Pumpkin Spice Waffle was awesome!
