Papa John’s Pizza

First time ordering Papa Johns in a couple of years. I gave it another shot because of all the commercials I’ve been seeing about how they are suppose to be better now… They’re not if this stores representative of the franchise. I ordered the 5 topping special, and got a couple different toppings on each half… What I received was a jumbled mess. Some pieces were almost straight cheese while others were loaded with the toppings that were suppose to be split (my girlfriend has a diet restriction so she was stuck eating the almost cheese slices) and all this after what I felt like was an extended wait (I would have been ok with the wait if it looked like they took they’re time on the pizza) what I received was nothing short of a box full of we don’t care.

I haven’t had any problems at this location. Last night I ordered one pizza, breadsticks, extra sauces, dessert and a two liter drink. All items were delivered, which was great. I hate when I order delivery and something is forgotten. I’m not saying they will always be perfect but last night I was satisfied. Pizza was nice and hot also.

I’ve ordered from this location nine times since moving to the Kennesaw area. All nine times I became sick within an hour of eating from here. At first I thought it was me, and my system not agreeing with it, but I ordered from other Papa Johns locations at friends homes, and didn’t have these symptoms. I contacted the corporate office about this issue several times, before finally having someone contact me back. The women I spoke to said it was just me, and that I must be allergic to something in the dough. When I explained that it has never happened from the dough at any other location, she stated this particular location uses a dough from a different distributor than the others. Seems like a load of crap to me. This location has seen its health marks go from 100 down to 96, with personal cleanliness as one of the reasons.
There is no way this is a food allergy, since I’m not allergic to anything. And the different dough story doesn’t add up either. There is clearly something going on at this location, and no one from Papa Johns is willing to admit to it, or do the right thing about it. From the carelessness of this location, I have spend countless nights with severe and sometimes painful diarrhea and vomiting.

I left a review for this location by mistake. it should have been for the cobb pkwy location. the manager at wade green location contacted me and is gonna makeup my bad experience to me, i jist have to call her back! FINALLY A MANAGER WHO CARES!!!

This has got to be the worst Papa Johns I have ever had. The first time I got it I asked for normal crust, it was indeed the regular crust. However, they had flattened it out so much it was verging on thin crust. It also didn’t have any sauce. It tasted like cardboard at best. I am sick today, as I am writing this, and couldn’t get out of the house to get food. So I ordered Papa Jonhs again, feeling skeptical. As it turns out, I should have gone with my intuition. No sauce again, normal crust that is far too thin. And just tastes cheap and crappy. This Papa Johns gives P. J’s a bad name. It is honestly worth the drive to go to a different location. Simply awful.
