Jet’s Pizza

This pizza is awesome and don’t get me started on the wines. So much yummy going on. I love the customer service as well and the guys are not bad to look at ladies. On top of that they are super nice and patient for us ladies that don’t know what they want.

If you try it once, you may not eat any other pizza.

This is one of my favorite takeout places when it comes to a day off, the portions are huge when you get the boats. It’s just like a calzone and they have a coupon that makes it 5.99 at lunchtime! Can’t beat that. The guy at the counter was nice and gave me a sauce for free. Our family has ordered before and we will return!

This is my go to pizza place. Pizza is all about the sauce, and they are the best in town! The prices are fair for the quality goods you receive!

So we ordered Jett’s tonight because we had a coupon. I think that perhaps I was expecting something else. The order was correct it was just a little overdone. I had to remind the driver that I ordered a drink, twice. The food was not bad but it wasn’t amazing.

These guys are good. The pizza is good and is always nice and hot when it arrives. On top of that, the people who work at this store are courteous and friendly and quickly deal with any complaints. Their customer service is outstanding. I’ve been ordering online from them for about 2 years and they’re the only place I go to order pizza.

Atlanta isn’t a pizza mecca, but if you remember how good Pizza Hut’s pan pizza used to be, this comes close. We get the biggest pan they sell and it doesn’t last long.
I’m not a fan of flat, greasy New York pizza like Pie In The Sky so we always go here. It would be nice if you could dine in, but then you might have long lines of people waiting to get in.
Just say no to Pizza Hut and give this place a shot… I did and now we’re hooked!

Picked up pizza, there was a dead fly smashed on top of the pizza box. So, they made us another one, then found hair in the new pizza. Needless to say, the pizza was not eaten and thrown in the garbage. Thankful for my refund. We will NEVER order from them again. Where is the health department when you need them.

I haven’t a complaint for this place. I have dealt with some crappy pizza places in my time and I would definitely have to say nothing but good things about this Jet’s Pizza location. I have yet to try another location of Jet’s but every order is knocked out of the park.
I usually order online but my phone orders (Amazon Local promotions) have gone off without a hitch. I do see this place tend to get busy from time to time so maybe that will attest to how good the pizza is.
I must admit I don’t order fancy pizzas but their crusts (Turbo and Parmesan) make up for whatever ingredients I am lacking. The crusts are so buttery, toasted to perfection and delicious. I prefer just simple pepperoni or cheese but I ask for extra shredded Parmesan which they appropriately accommodate.
I have to give this place five stars on the account that I can’t find a complaint other than greasiness. Show me an ungreasy pizza and I can tell you it’s probably not all that tasty!

I love ordering from this Jets :-) the delivery time is always less then they say. All the drivers have always been pleasant and nice! The pizza is great. I always ordered a salad as well which is a big portion with tasty toppings :-)

We have loved Jet’s Pizza since they opened up in Kennesaw. We ordered pizza and salad yesterday evening with much disappointment. Much of the salad was brown. We did not desire day or two old salad. The Pizza here has always been very good but this time it was doughy in the middle with no crunch. I had half a piece as did my wife before it went into the garbage where it belongs. Management here should be embarrassed to deliver this uneatable crap to someone’s house. Total waste of $ 30.

We had jets for dinner tonight. Initially I placed our order for delivery online and after I had paid it said it would take an hour. I was pretty irritated because there was no warning it would take that long till after I paid for it. Normally when I want pizza I’m not very patient and want it right then. But I just called and said we would pick up instead my hubby was back in less than 20 minutes. They easily refunded us the 3 dollar delivery fee.
We ordered a large deep dish half Hawaiian, half pepperoni and sausage. It was seriously delicious. The Hawaiian was better than the other side but I really like Hawaiian. The other side with sausage and pepperoni was still quite yummy though. The Hawaiian had small bits of bacon on it and added a delicious salty element to the pizza. We will definitely be back. They are delivery and take out only which doesn’t bother me when it comes to pizza. If you want to sit down for pizza go across the street.

We order from them 1 x two weeks, sometimes 1 x week. We love their deep dish rectangular pizzas. We usually just get the Jet’s 10. The customer service here is just OK. There’s young looking kids and their customer service skills just as expected for teenagers. The great thing about Jets is online ordering.
We didn’t know what to expect from the Jetzee (sandwiches) but they were surprisingly good. Thicker pizza dough on top, thinner below with a thin layer of meet and veggie in between. Emphasis on thin layer in the middle. Still, if you want a little freshness and not all pizza this is the way to go. The italian dressing it comes with is delicious. We weren’t sure how to eat this thing so we just cut it and dip it in the dressing.

This is my go-​to pizza spot. When I’m looking for something, it’s the Jet’s 10 Deep dish with sesame crust. While their round pies are good, I like their deep dish better. The pizza’s are always delivered on time and still hot. I’ve rarely had a problem with them and even when I did, they fixed it right away. Good food and good service.

Our favorite is the deep dish pizza, love it. We fight over the corners, it’s just so good. Service is always fast. They usually deliver much earlier than what they predict. Sweet chili wings are really good too.

I read reviews on other sites about how wonderful this pizza is. So we went there today. First, we did not realize it was take out only. Nevertheless we ordered since we assumed it would be awesome. The place where you wait did appear to be clean inside.
The girl that took the order was very friendly and cheerful so that was nice. When we took the pizza home we found it to be bland. I needed to salt it and added some fresh parm. My boyfriend’s half was Hawaiian and mine was veggie. His side was very greasy. He also said he didn’t feel full afterwards. I just felt guilty for eating deep dish.
There was nothing special about the pizza. It wasn’t bad but certainly not worth $ 16.
We will not be back. Many better options.

Wow… I don’t know what to say… I read all these awesome reviews about this place and couldn’t wait to bite into there pizza… WELL… To begin with, I did NOT know that it’s carry out ONLY! I order a deep dish pizza… I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BLAND AND GREASY PIZZA IN MY LIFE!!! the sad part is, that since it’s CARRY OUT ONLY, I didn’t realize that it was suck a piece of crap til I got home… I open the box and the 1^st thing I notice is a puddle of grease in the box… Yes people, I said a puddle of grease!!! Then i taste it… It was like chewing on soggy pizza bread out of the frozen food aisle! Just to make it ALMOST edible, I had to salt it, add cheese to it and then it was still just mediocre!!! Maybe I just went on a bad day but I do know that I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER GREESE DRIPPING BLAND PIE from this establishment!!! Any place is BETTER THAN HERE!!!

A month ago I was threatened with violence by an employee of Jet’s Pizza. I made a posting on their corporate Facebook page about the incident. The next day, my contact information was requested, and I provided. A day later I was informed that a customer service representative would contact me shortly (this was right around the time of MLK holiday so I decided to give it a full week +). 11 days later I still had not heard anything. When I inquired the reply I got was:

Well we are now at February 6, 2014, just under a month from when the incident occurred. I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed in the response of your company.
While I wouldn’t agree with it, I could understand blowing off a customer who had an undercooked, or poor experience. But when a customer is threatened with physical violence by an employee that represents you as a company? I would have thought one would be jumping through hoops to make sure that customer was satisfied, especially after you promised to address the issue. You disgust me Jet’s.

Awesome! We get 8 corner. It’s delish. Prices are pretty good. $ 10.99 for one topping 8 corner. Easily feeds family of 4. Peace, love, pizza was our favorite until this place opened. Great service and delivery.

The best Pizza in the Kennesaw/​Acworth Area. Jet serves Chicago style deep dish Pizza. I dont always eat pizza, but when I do I eat Jets. No Comparison with Pizza Hut, Papa John or Little Ceaser.

Why has this place only had one review? The pizza is amazing and priced well. Try the 8 sided deep dish with turbo crust; you won’t be disappointed.
