Love this place! Great pizza and hot sandwiches!

Wow… with all Dominos is trying to do to change their name and presentation they left this location out of the memo. Pizza was delivered cold… like seriously cold with hard crust cold. Cheese bread was horrible and undercooked and bready. Order from a different pizza place and there is many in Kennesaw because this one doesn’t have their act together. Why do I have to give 1 start…-5 stars from me. Just look at the other negative reviews and decide for yourself. If you decide to order from here don’t say you weren’t warned.

Had an easy enough time ordering from this location online and went to the store to carry out. My original order was a Pepperoni, Green Pepper, and Black Olive pizza. What I got was a pepperoni pizza with olives on only one half. No green peppers at all. Without the green peppers to counter the canned olive-​y taste, the pizza was just pretty gross. I am truly disappointed. I guess they don’t require their employees to double-​check orders. It doesn’t seem like it would be that hard when the order is printed out as a sticker and taped to the side of the pizza box.

I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, I really do. So when I waited over an hour on a Sunday night for a cold pizza, I left feedback and decided this store must’ve been having a hard night.
I called the store after an hour to inquire about my order and was told that it was out for delivery and she had no idea when I could expect it. Bear in mind that according to the tracker, this pizza had been out for delivery for 45 minutes already. «It’s a busy night», she told me, «he has a lot of houses to go to». Cool, totally understand. I guess. Not sure why there’s only one harried driver, but okay. Benefit of the doubt. I’m sure their sophisticated pizza technology will keep my pizza hot and fresh over the course of the hour it spent in the car.
Nope. Cold, soggy pizza and no apology after I left feedback on the site.
Two weeks went by and I ordered another pizza — again I waited over an hour for a cold pizza. Both times the drivers showed up polite but stressed and commenting to me about how they have a lot of houses to go to. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that when you give me a delivery estimate of 25 – 35 minutes, it’s actually going to be 25 – 35 minutes. I’d even settle for 45 minutes. But an hour and a half of waiting, no apology, and a cold pizza? Come on.
I don’t know if this store needs more drivers, better management, or a miracle but I’m definitely not spending money and time on more cold pizzas from them.

I hadn’t have Dominos since years before they changed their recipe. I’ve order twice now after trying a slice of my co-​workers pizza and was very surprised with the flavors. I love pan pizzas and theirs is just great! The cheese is nice and gooey and creamy and the toppings always look and taste fresh. I’ve also ordered the spinach and feta cheesy stuffed bread, and their BBQ chicken pieces and they were both delicious. The chicken was juicy and tender and the bread was surprisingly tasty. I ate 80% of it myself and decided the pizza would still taste amazing the next day (Which it did) and filled myself those. The waiting times have varied the last two times I ordered, the first time the wait time was over an hour, the last time was just barely 30 minutes (counting delivery). They do an amazing job at this location with the quality of the food and their service (I’ve gone there personally and they are all super nice). I was a die-​hard Pizza Hut gal, but Dominos has really outdone themselves with their new recipes. Will come back!

Domino’s tracker is useless because it said I would have my pizza in 19 – 29 minutes, but it was in fact OVER an hour. When I called, they tried to blame the computer? Kandice WAS polite, that was the only reason she didn’t get 1 star.

Had trouble with online ordering, so i ended up calling it in. Ray picked up and he was the sweetest guy ever! Saved me about $ 12, and he was so helpful!!!
Delivery was super quick and Ray even showed up! Pizza was perfect and i was definitely pleased :)

Order online, it makes everything a lot easier. I like how you can track your pizza from the moment you place the order, to the oven, and when it’s on your way. Online ordering usually has good deals, so always check before picking up the phone and dialing.

I don’t always eat pizza, but when I do, I eat Dominos.
I normally wouldn’t write a review on such places but I felt like the service at this location has always been above and beyond. Take last night for example. Bf and I wanted something to eat before the Barrett car meet, so I called in and ordered a pizza. I asked if they still had a particular deal and they said yes and asked if I had the coupon code. I said no… *pause* but they gave it to me anyway. Haha. They said the pizza would be ready for pick-​up in 20 – 30 minutes. We left and drove straight there (about a 10 minute drive) and the pizza was already waiting for us. However, last night, their system went down and couldn’t accept cards. They tried rebooting the system, and during the wait, the guy asked if we wanted a free 2-​liter for the trouble. Score! :) In the end the system was still down, so we had to go to the ATM down the street to pull some cash, which was no problem at all for us.
The guy was EXTREMELY polite and apologetic throughout the whole ordeal, even though it was obvious that they were completely SLAMMED with orders (it was a Friday night, after all). He could have just as easily been short and frank with us, but he wasn’t.
So. stay hungry, my friends. And when you order pizza, order from here lol.

Although small from the outside, their service was great. I ordered online– naturally it says between 30 — 45 minutes until my order is complete. My boyfriend swung by to pick it up about 15 minutes later and it was ready to go. We also got a pretty good special on our order as well. They were super friendly, very quick, and the pizza was very tasty. I’ll be ordering my pizza there next time.
