The worst DD ever. I loved in the area 2 months ago and gave this location way too many chances.
Poor service, burnt coffee and a staff that doesn’t care. I now drive 10 min out the way to get my coffee and donuts. I have literally seen people drive away in line at the drive thru and walk out as well cause it takes too long to get simple items.
If this is a training DD or where they send the degenerates that can’t cut it, at least let us know.

I love DD but this location stinks! It is dirty, and rarely has a good selection of donut flavors. Ive been here on 3 occasions months apart and habey yet to leave satisfied. Worth the drive to Wade green rd or even Towne Lake.

Is it just me, or does anyone else encounter the situation where the person taking your donut order is a huge/​husky high school football player standing at the register blocking your view of the selection of donuts?
Why do I have to shift over to look at their donuts? Can’t the cashier stand out of the way? Everytime I need to shift over about 4 feet to see the selection.
Anyways. .
They have a new thing on the menu — a chicken sandwich of some type. It’s actually REALLY good! Possibly the best testing fast food chicken sandwich.
Otherwise, it’s a regular DD with hap hazard seating and slightly untidy.

This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been to. Not only are they slow but they constantly mess up my order. I have to repeat what I want at least 3 times and they STILL don’t get it right. From what I heard, it’s a bunch of pot heads working here.
