They will never get your order right. No matter how hard they try. I am amazed how many times these people can get your order wrong.

There is an older gentleman that works here and he is the sole reason I’ll go out of my way to visit this location as opposed to the Starbucks right by my house. Next time I go, I’ll find out his name and update this review because this man is so kind, and I’m sure isn’t getting the recognition he deserves. I always order a coffee with almond milk, whenever he makes my drink it’s absolutely perfect. He doesn’t skimp on the almond milk, nor use too much. (All the other locations either use too much or too little). Even at 6AM he always greets with a smile in the drive thru, makes conversation, and genuinely cares about the customers. Always a «Thank you ma’am, have a good day today!» This is so rare in fast food! Also… I’m SO HAPPY that DD introduced almond milk as an option. This choice alone has guaranteed that you have a customer for life. Healthy options are always a win with me. A+ DUNKIN DONUTS!

Exceptional service every time I go!!! very CLEAN every time I go. The only thing I can say is bad about this place is the parking lot other wise everything is great!!!

First time I had been in the new Donut shop. They have moved from one end of small strip center to the other to a nice new shop. This DD is unique they have a area off the main sales floor with seating to just relax and have conversations in a quieter area.
It was well after the dinner hour when I was there and I was amazed to see they actually have a nice presentation of donuts and other items to select from. The shift Manager was pleasant and attentive and patient with me as I was trying to make my decision.
There is easy in and out into the parking lot which is important as this facility is on a pretty busy road.
This is definitely the best DD I have been into in quiet some time and I have 3 or 4 that I can choose and I will definitely be back to this one again

If I could give no stars I would. Don’t get me wrong, I love the food but the staff at this location is the bases for this negative review. The day before I had stopped at this location and drive through lady notified me to do the survey and I could get a free donut. As a result I completed the survey and came back the next morning to get my usual coffee and free donut. The receipt specifically noted that if you purchase a medium or large drink you can get a free donut, so I decided to order a medium coffee. At the drive though the girl notified me that it would have to be a large drink or x-​large. I notified her that was not what was written on the receipt, she then rudely stated that what her computer was telling her and to show her the receipt at the window because what I was saying was not correct. At the window she did not even ask for the receipt but instead told me my total; I then reminded her of the conversation and gave her the receipt. All I saw her do was show it to some lady then she gave me my correct total and proceeded to act like nothing had happened. This rude young girl could not even apologize for her mistake. Now don’t get me wrong I could have paid the dollar for the donut, but it’s the fact that if the company writes something on the receipt and the customer does it they should honor what was promised with no arguing with the customer. I called the number printed on the receipt for the manager, which went to his voicemail. I left a message but never got a call back… very interesting.

The coffee and donuts are fine. Have never had a bad coffee from a Dunkin donuts, but the staff at this location are very unprofessional. Stopped in at 8:15 on a Saturday morning. The place was empty and no music or any background noise so all you hear are the employees talking. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem for me, but when you hear an employee behind the counter state «Well I’m on the way to the bathroom to drop the biggest deuce of 2016», I felt like barfing right then and there. I will never be back to this location. I know it’s probably a minimum wage job and there are college kids working here, but maybe make sure you have some music on or tvs or something so customers cannot hear conversations from employees behind the counter? Use your brain people.

Great location, fast friendly service. Freshly remodeled store, everything is very nice, except the parking lot. I don’t think they could have ass’d it up any worse if they’d tried.

Don’t go Sunday early evening. Service is awful, staff in untrained. Ordered 2 small frozen dunkiacinnos he made a large split into 2 cups but didn’t fill the small cup when asked where the rest was he looked at me strangely. I asked for him to finish filling them, his response was well I will have to make more. Okay? Do you job right the first time, sorry I’m a paying customer & would like what I paid for. I guess the moving to the end of the plaza didn’t help with untrained & rude staff :(

Love the new location. Very bright, very clean, lovely atmosphere. It could use some light ambient music, though.
The employees are always helpful and friendly, although it can sometimes take a little while to get your food to you.
It’s a nice place to go to study or get some work done. I’d definitely recommend it!

The drink I had was delicious… a dunkachinno. Very creamy and good. My baby ate a donut hole which she thoroughly enjoyed, but when I spilled my water and asked for a mop, the employee rolled her eyes at me! I wasn’t asking HER to clean it up. The other employee said she rolled her eyes because she was tired. If I did that, I would never see straight! They only let you use one coupon, but that’s ok. The chicken biscuit was good, but when I asked for jelly, I had to also ask for a knife… shouldn’t that be automatic? I’ll be back… I’ll try not to spill anything next time.

Their coffee is okay. Had a coupon for a free latte and this location had a drive through. Not a fan of donuts in general and their bagels are terrible.

Got a dozen assorted donuts on a spur-​of-​the-​moment trip and they all were very fresh. Considering I’m a Krispy Kreme kind of girl, I think they were the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever had.

I go here almost every day! At least once a week I am given the wrong drink or they forget to punch my frequent buyer card. In morning manager, Carol, is the best!
