Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks location. They’re always FAST and they never disappoint with the quality of their drinks.

Am disappointed with how Starbucks has changed within the last 6 months or so. Not sure if it is management or simple personnel changes? The staff for many years was knowledgeable and friendly. Now you get clueless people at the drive thru window and updates are not being done to the board outside that sits on the grass which usually introduces a new product or drink, and the lines are long due to the lack of speed in making the orders; something that was NEVER an issue before. Also I find that my frappuccinos are getting more and more espresso that has a scorched taste to it. Long gone are the days of when Bryan (asst. manager) and Connie (manager) ran this place. Since they left Starbucks has never been the same. However the crew they had after them did a fine job up to a point and now the crew running the place leaves a lot to be desired. Starbucks is slowly becoming a place that I am avoiding and I find myself not minding the drive on West Esplanade from Starbucks to Puccinos. I honestly find Puccinos has a much better tasting product line than Starbucks — STARBUCKS IS QUICKLY BECOMING A HAS-​BEEN!

Hello, this mobile ordering is making my life all the easier!!! Ya’ll saw the line, I totally skipped… Bullying huh. Lol. I know, I’m not proud… But I was totally able to pull off a #stickandmove caper!!!
Picture it: early morning, I need a cup of Joe, but I ain’t (yeah i said AIN’T) up for waiting. So I pull up the trusty Starbucks app, located the closest store, placed my order & pay, then… Boom, Bang, Bing, I pull up walk in & get my order!!! Helllllo am I happy camper? Heck yeah (in my Napoleon Dynamite voice) Annnnnnnnnnd on the way out, because this Starbucks app is so cool, I can tip the barista, even after my transaction is complete!!! Way cool.
I found my skinny cinnamon latte to be great tasting & temperature appropriate; quite PERFECT.
Although the Barista & I didn’t have much bonding time, the time I did spend with her, mainly her calling my name & me scooping my beverage. She was pleasant, cheerful & engaging (she called my name correctly & with authority!!!)
Clean store. Ample parking in this shared parking lot.
This Starbucks was VERY busy, long drive thru line, lots of folks hanging out indoors… The ordering capabilities of mobile app is sheer genius!!!

Love this location! They always get my coffee just the way I like it. On occasions they have messed up my order but are always accommodating both in service & courtesy.

This is close to the hotel that I stay at in town a couple weeks of the month by far my favorite one to visit.

Favorite Starbucks location. Consistently have good drinks and food. Staff is always friendly. Modern atmosphere. We come here every week, at least.

Great place employee that serves me allways make feel welcome. I really like going here I hope they keep up the good experience for customers. Yes I recommend this Starbucks to my friends.

They must put crack in the coffee cuz I can never get enough… I’m always coming back for coffee. It’s awesome KCCO!!!

The staff is SO warm and friendly at this location. You can tell they like their jobs.

I go here nearly everyday and never a problem, always delicious. Friendly staff and the manager Candice is always very sweet too :)

Drive-​thru only for this review. My needs are simple: two grande mochas, two birthday cake pops. Same thing every time. One for now, one for later. This location did not disappoint. Coffee was the perfect temp, service was fast and friendly at the window. And I was happily caffeinated each time I had to come through Kenner.

Kind of hate to admit I occasionally hit starbucks living in a city so proud of it’s coffee but I have to review. Starbucks is the same everywhere EXCEPT this one has two really hot guys working there. One of which is super sweet and friendly.

I HATE Starbucks.
After trying to find a reason to overpay for coffee, still can’t find a reason. This place is just like every other I’ve been to. Pretentious yuppies that try to be something they are not. They want to save the world but drink their coffee in this horrible joint. The employees will always treat you like a idiot because you know nothing about the menu.
If you love Starbucks and want to act trendy, you’ll love this place. I’ll stick to my truck stop coffee that someone made 3 days prior.

Drive-​thru wait time a little longer than should be expected. Walk-​in much quicker. Service is great, though! Nice people.
