Nola Nails

I had just gotten acrylic nails done a week ago and they all popped off like press on nails. I paid $ 28 just for them to put some on crooked, messy polish job, and uneven with my cuticles. I will never return to this place again.

I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time I had a 10 minute pedicure, it was more like a polish change. They were busy that day and we just walked in but, not worth the money.
I was shopping in the mall on a Sunday and had no other options for nail places so I decided to give them another try. We walk in and it packed, they tell us 20 minutes, ok! We put our name and phone number on the list and continue shopping. They said they would call when they were ready. Awesome!
We get a call about 10 minutes later to come back which, was not a great sign considering the amount of people they had waiting.
We walk back in and they set us up to soak in room temperature water. We soak in that for 40 minutes! It was ice cold by the time they came over to us. The two guys that did our pedicures were having a great time talking to each other and not paying attention to what they were doing. It was PAINFUL! I have never been hurt while someone was trimming down my nails. My mom had the same experience. She was jumping.
The guy was not paying attention while painting my nails but, I thought he would come back with the nail brush and polish remover to clean it off of my cuticle and skin… NOPE he said «ok, your done!»
I looked down at my feet and wanted to start laughing. I do a better job painting my own nails. I look over at my mom’s and her polish looks the same.
Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this nail facility they obviously don’t care.
