I use to go here to get my nails years ago and they were ok. I went back this past weekend and spent 3 hours there, I need a new set and pedicure. I was not happy!!! Then the owner’s wife is on the phone the entire time she did my nails, I thought that was very rude!!! I will not be going back, not even in an emergency.

I would like to give less than one star but can’t. I got gel polish which is supposed to lay an average of 14 days. Well mine lasted less than a week! I called to make a complaint (I had came the previous day but they were already closed) and was told to come in on Tuesday so they could fix the problem. When I came in (40 minute drive) they said they wouldn’t fix it because it a week passed which they knew on the phone so why tell me to come in! Then one of the workers started yelling at me and yanking my fingers because I informed them that they should have told me that they were going to recharge me on the phone instead of wasting my time/​gas to come in.

I went to get my nails done here and they did a pretty good job. I went back to get a refill and the same person was no longer there so that was kind of a bummer. I always like to get the same people when I go back to a place so that my nails always look the same. Oh well… All in all, my pedicure came out good, and my nails did too but I had to find some place where I knew I would get the same person each time.
