Frequenting this CVS, I’ve not had a bad experience here at all.
I find the store to be open, user friendly & always a sale abounding, I’m a fan.
Additionally, I like their reward card program as you are often greeted, in email or at the store, with free or majorly discounted items. Hello. I got a free roll of paper towels just for frequenting the store & purchasing items. In comparison to other programs where it takes forever to amass the necessary points/​balance to get anything free or a discount.
So, way to go CVS… Booze, real rewards & late hours… Muah!!!

So glad that Walgreen’s and Express Scripts have worked out an agreement. We were forced to switch to CVS last year due to insurance. We have had problems with almost EVERY Rx filled there. Sorry CVS, you had your chance for a new customer.

Switching to WALGREEN’S across the street. The pharmacist Kiet Hoang is rude and unfriendly. Has laughed at customers when asking for help and has stated that other pharmacists are less capable than him at their job. While trying to refill prescriptions for my diabetic grandmother visiting from out of the country, they have been unhelpful and rude. The customer service is sub par, and I wouldn’t be surprised if over the years their clientele list has decreased, as I have talked to neighbors and others that have made the switch. They are not good for the friendly neighborhood atmosphere we have here in Château.
