If you need to repair shoes, purses or luggage, you will not find anyone better on the North Shore or in Chicago. I tried other places but no one does it better than Boris. And the prices are very reasonable. He is simply the best!

Boris is amazing! First, I called yesterday to find out how late he would be open, considering it was Christmas Eve. He had actually closed a few minutes before, but said that he would wait there for me.
I took my water-​damaged Uggs to be cleaned and reshaped and he told me not to waste my money… he told me to go home and blot them with white vinegar. They look almost new! Still waiting to get my bags back, but this guy is seriously old school. He’s the real deal.

Boris is the best shoe man on the Northshore.
I always make the effort to come here when in the Chicago area with my battered loafers in hand.
If I need any sort of shoe service, I’ll put the shoes aside and simply wait to see Boris. He is that good.
