Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites

Valentine’s Day stay her and it was a great experience! Room was very clean and welcoming! The complementary hot breakfast was the cherry on top! Maria the hostess was very attentive making sure every station was filled and it was nice seeing a employee so committed to her job! Will def stay in another best western when I fly to Colorado !

This is a great hotel to stay in as a guest and also to use as a venue for an event. I hosted a baby shower here and it was not only affordable but the location was perfect. The meeting room accommodates approximately 70 people comfortably and it includes tables and linens (with your choice of round or long tables). This is an incredible value compared to other locations that charge extra just for the table linens and compared to community club houses that do not include tables or linens at all. I will definitely consider this hotel as a venue for future events, hands down.

Very friendly staff clean rooms and modern amenities! Large pool with jacuzzi coffee and water always available in the lobby free of charge. Free wifi code given upon check in and business center in lobby with 3 desktop computers for use.

This was a pretty nice Best Western hotel, I’ve had to stay in a few with my company I work for. My room was nice and clean, including the bathroom which is one of the first places that I check. The continental breakfast was tastey. They let us hangout by the pool and eat some great pizza, THANK YOU! What I liked most about this location was what it was around. You can walk to several restaurants and or bars, which in my line of work is great after a long day. See you later this year Best Western Kendall Hotel & Suites!!!

This is a pretty nice Best Western. The Hotel and all the rooms were well kept and very clean. Its fairly cheap also and for $ 10 you can upgrade to a suite with a sofa that has a fold out bed in it. They also have smoking rooms available here which is a plus for me. The location is key too because you have the Kendall shopping center right there and Gatsby’s

It is actually a pretty good hotel. On a small scale it is the best hotel in that small 2 mile radius. So if you happen to need to stay in that area. I find that it is better than the Holiday Inn that is nearby. The continental breakfast was good and the hotel is pretty nice. They free shuttle for our large party (TO and FROM).
It is in a pretty nice area. Across from 2 shopping centers.
So my biggest gripe is that I booked this hotel for my wedding party. It was across the street from the wedding rehearsal dinner and the closest hotel from the wedding. The guy who is in charge of the group/​corporate bookings (Robert) is unprofessional. The guy just doesn’t know what he’s doing. Never calls back and messes everything up. The only way to get an answer or response is to actually go to the hotel and show your face. It helps to be angry and want to smash some faces.
Otherwise when I was actually in person to complain the staff was always there fix the problem. They always tell me «Oh you don’t have to come all the way down here. You should call Robert or leave a voicemail.» But for some reason whenever I call he is never available and never calls back (this isn’t one or two times, this was like 8 TIMES). So the only way to get an answer to a question or get something done. You have to go to the hotel.
