Subway

You would think that if you walked into a Subway at 2:40 on a Saturday, you wouldn’t have a 30 minute wait for your lunch. This place is unbelievably slowwwww. There were only 2 people ahead of me (not counting the one that left because she had been waiting forever).
The young man behind the counter was alone in the store. He couldn’t hear the orders and said, «what, huh» to every request. The radio was blaring on an obnoxious station. I asked him to turn it down so he could hear me and his reply was «Oh, they don’t let me touch the radio». Really? You leave this kid in charge of your store?
The store itself was somewhat clean, although the food in the bins looked a mess. The lettuce was frozen and gross.
