Reliable Computer Service is AMAZING! They fixed a problem with my laptop in a short period of time, they did so at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. Brian Smith is a very thorough technician who cares about the end product. Thanks for the great work!

One of the worst vendors I have had experience dealing with. I was recommended to contact them via my former website company (reviewed elsewhere in Unilocal) which was even more unethical than this company. I suppose bad companies recommend each other.
Reliable Computer Services charged me $ 150 (1.5 hours of work) for a problem they could not fix, although they said they had expertise on server operating systems. A competent technician I hired later fixed this problem in less than 40 minutes.
Stay away from this company. They are trying to rip off honest people and companies.

I took my very sick PC in with a nasty virus. They called me the next day to let me know what was needed to be done, how long it would take, and about how much it would run. Very reasonable! When it ended up taking a bit longer than they originally thought (all my music had to be reloaded and I have about 40GB) they called me to let me know. They were apologetic even though it was no fault of their own. Plus, I would much rather the people working on my computer take their time and work carefully then rush through and do a poor job, like what you get at those chain stores.
Colby even recommended and installed a new graphics card for me when we started talking about gaming. It makes a world of difference.
They were very thorough, very nice, and my computer works SOOOOOO much better now. Special thanks to Colby and Sarah.
