DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY! Went in wanting to purchase a dryer, applied for credit with them, everything went through and they said the dryer would be there in 4 days– 1 week. Well one week later called, heard nothing back. Called again a few days later some lady said she’d leave a message, heard nothing back. Kept calling every few days for OVER A MONTH. Still heard nothing until finally going into the store, the assistant manager apologized for the poor service and still tried to push the sale, I took my business elsewhere and he promised to cancel the credit for the dryer which was NEVERRECIEVED. A MONTHLATER the credit company is calling me saying that I owe money, and late fees. Apparently he never canceled the credit. WORSTCOMPANY. If you’re looking for any appliances in the Keizer area I would suggest trying Keizer Appliance, that’s where I went after this horrific experience and I got great customer service, and a dryer that works. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

Called for service assistance and they were extremely accommodating. They were able to create a temporary fix while parts were ordered and our refrigerate was running like new within days. Great customer service.

Can’t give negative stars, huh? I’m trying to decide whether to write my review now, when I am fuming with white hot anger or to wait. Until I can be calm and write a review that people will want to read. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. And since it’s my property management that uses it, I can’t walk away.

Just like with Mandy’s experience, at first they were really nice and offered us a great deal. But once we paid them the customer service increasing declined. The office manager Kelly and the owner Nigel were extremely rude and unprofessional. After a huge headache and fighting to not be charged for services that weren’t even applicable, we finally got our money back for a fridge that still hasn’t come in. Needless to say we will never go back and would highly recommend that anyone else looking for appliances look elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache!!!

Initially service was good, that is until they received our money. The day the refrigerator was to be delivered they called and said it would not be delivered because they didn’t have it and needed to order it from the manufacture and it would not be in for another 4 days. Then on the second delivery day they advised the delivery time would be between 3−5pm. They showed up finally at 6:30pm. No call, no apology for any of our inconvenience with either of the problems. On top of all of that we found the same model at Lowes for $ 100 less after all was said and done. So much for wanting to patronize a small local business, I’m going to the larger store the next time I buy an appliance.
