This store has been a sewing savior for me. I purchased a Bernina 830 from a competitor sewing/​vacuum center and regretted it. My $ 11,000.00 machine never worked right and I could not get good service until Judy at Keizer Bernina Stretch and Sew adopted me. She finally got my 830 running perfectly after many months and all new parts and computer boards. I have since upgraded my 830 to an 880 and purchased a 560 for my grandson to sew on. I would NEVER take a Bernina sewing machine anywhere else. Classes and training on both the machine and learning the software are fantastic. As they say «your not just purchasing a machine, you are purchasing the service as well». So be careful where you buy your machines from. I highly recommend Keizer Bernina Stretch and Sew in Keizer, Oregon.
